Local Rep Mike is awesome. Always prompt, always communicates, and makes it a point to take care of and form business relationships with clients. If something is short on truck, he always informs us and makes it right asap, even if that means a late night or weekend run.

Less if I could. The driver, David is honestly the worst. So lazy, forgetful and does not care about his route. We can never get a straight answer from him for why he leaves things behind or is completely careless with products. Stay away, you have options.

If I could give it less then one star I would. Sales rep is horrible, David Ramirez. The only reason we went with aremark is bc he assured us we would have great service and a point of contact. He never gave me any contacts which lead me to call him for help each time, he would tell me he’d call me back and never did. I finally had enough being that we had dirty work shirts for a month and expressed my concerns to him. He then gave me attitude and referred me to the 1800 number. I called the 1800 number and they provided me with another number to call. No reason why he couldn’t be helpful and provide the right contact or direct me to the right place.

Horrible place to work, my mom been there for up to 7 years, too crazy envioremnt. And their still owning her 2 weeks of vacations and 94 hrs sge ready work for it. Calling hr, wait for ever and no one asnwer, idk maybe I should to call thw work deparment solution.

Hard work, plenty of hrs to work. Able to move to other locations in you are a good worker. Managers help to make you better. If you work hard, help you become a shift leader or more.many have worked to District manager.

Never ever again.they charge you an arm and a leg for old dirty towels. No customer service at all. Rude and don't care for their customers.only collect money. Promise you at the beginning good service and at the end it is the worst service ever.would give 0 stars if I could.
