Thank you doctor Hania Alaidroos and Arbor Green Family Medicine for the outstanding and efficient care you provided late on a Friday evening. When CVS and other clinics were closed, you accepted to see me and prescribed the necessary medicine. Without your timely care, I would not feel as well as I do, one day after the visit.

Have been a patient at this practice for a while now and would like to single out a staff member for extra praise. Have had blood drawn by Jerry, the Phlebotomist twice now. Jerry makes the procedure quick and painless. Although, Jerry always takes the time to verify that i am the person on the chart, Jerry is quick and efficient. Jerry always has a smile on his face and a friendly greeting.

Had to wait an hour and half to be seen by Dr A. It was irritating but I just really like her and I will return but… can we please get better with the wait time.

First impression The office is very clean, masked on for everyone which i like.and i was referred by someone she said they have everything blood work in one place so it will saves me time to go there.the Dr im seeing was not the dr i was scheduled with but its no big deal. The thing concerned me was that the Dr seeing me was in such a rush, leaving the feeling like unfinished business. She asked me general questions, check my breathing and i was sent to get the blood test in the other sections of the office. Then i thought i came back to the room again to continue the exam, but it was done and i had to ask the man who drew my blood that i still had questions for my physician, he called her for me. She met me, after i asked her one question, she told me to wait in the room for referral dr information and left quickly. I think the whole total time we met and talked is 8 mins. Usually all the Drs i saw in the past they always made sure their clients has any more questions before they left to tend another patient. I also have other concerns but i felt it too much work to call her again and i was not feeling it. Not sure if i want to come back again for my woman wellness exam.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Doctor never give time to patients. She is sitting outside for hours but only 2 mins to patients?
Why?

Nurses keep calling for follow up visits just to Make MONEY.
They need any bloody reason to call patients to make money.

The Dr Kopel and Dr. A are both very professional and attentive. I usually see Dr. Kopel and find her thorough, and personable. She identifies with her patients and always treats them in a caring manner.

Came with my husband to have Dr A as our primary care doctor and to do a full check up. Waited an hour and a half on our first visit, then the nurse took us to the room and told us the doctor will be in in a little bit, waited another 45 minutes and decided to leave, the front desk said just give me 5 minutes till i check with her. Dr A came in and was on a rush and didn’t let me or my husband talk about our concerns, she kept interrupting us, Scheduled another visit and called 3 days prior to check on the time and they told the appointment was cancelled, I asked why and the guy told me because I didn’t show up! I told him the appointment is in 3 days how I didn’t show up! Then he said oh it was cancelled because Dr A will not come in on that Saturday. Not sure when they were planning to let me know that my appointment was cancelled. Will find another family doctor.

Dr. A has always been very professional and has a very pleasant personality and takes time to listen. I can say without a doubt that I can depend on her whatever the problem. She has my highest recommendation. If you want excellent medical attention, Dr. A will exceed your expectations.excellent medical attention.

Thank you! I usually dread seeing a doctor but the staff was very professional and attentive, even for a last-minute, end of the day appointment - and on a Friday. Saw me quickly and I got my much needed prescription refilled.

Easy schedule online. Short wait day of visit. Efficient visit and Dr. Alaidroos listened to my concerns. Results of blood work available online in a few days. Referrals taken care of quickily and easily.

The staff is really friendly and polite. The doctors are efficient and knowledgeable. The wait was really long. I waited an hour (in the exam room) to see the doctor.

Positive reviews here looks paid. Worst Clinic and staff. I am sure you will not go again.

Doctor Hania Alidroos will be sitting outside idle for hours playing on her cellphone but she will not give to patient more then 2 mins.

Front desk guy is so rude and always put phone on hold.

You get no respect and no time.
But you will get BILLS and follow up requests always on time without any reason.
