7I live here since this August 2020. It's one of the fine university apartments. MAC is walkable distance from here. It has easy access to all places inside the university. The rooms are spacious 2bhk with all needed amenities. Safe and can roam at nights without worrying. More importantly the rent is affordable.
Good place for uta student to live. Flats available at cheaper price. Giving 4 out 5 stars because Meadow run is better that arbo oaks.
Great Place to live on campus within few minutes walk from activities center and academic buildings
I currently live at Arbor oaks and the apartment is spacious & clean. Loved this place, pretty lively place
Apartment community of UTA housing. Has a clubhouse with a 4 ft pool to chill. It's a 10 building community

- 1 & 2 bedroom apartments. Both are spacious
- Rent is affordable
- Complex has a club house
- Club house has small but elegant swimming pool
- It also has a small room for get together or celebration purpose
- The club house also consists of a kitchen and a restroom
On campus Housing apt. Very good amenities and very safe. Smokers be careful, it's a smoke free zone. You might get a big ticket for smoking in complex. Overall excellent place
