Great experience for my year here. My neighbors were nice, office was always helpful, and it’s kept clean.

Went to check this apartment complex out and I Definitely Loved it! Everything was Nice and Very clean! The staff was Friendly and answered All of my questions accordingly! I would Most Definitely recommend this place to My Family and Friends!

We were looking for a place to call home, I was impressed with this apartment complex, the entire team is always trying to keep it clean and fixing things right away, and the customer service and the relationship between our family and everyone who works for this company is like a family, Jose is always very nice to us.

I visited this place with a great desire to rent an apartment to live in peace. The only thing I can say is that there is a lot of garbage at the doors of these apartments in the plastic tanks. It is disgusting to live in these apartments and two of the residents of this place informed me that they pay double for their garbage service and that the parking spaces were optional before and that now the reserved ones belong to several owners because one day it is yours and tomorrow it has another owner. The staff of this office complex are not at all professional without thinking about it once I left

Very nice apartments, clean, quiet, and the office staff is very friendly and treats you like at home, a very quiet place to live.

I don't recommend this place to anyone because I lived here two years ago and it doesn't look anything like it now that I went back and rented here because they charge you extra for garbage fumigation and they don't do it, the carpet was going to be replaced and 7 I've been living here for months and nothing, the drawers, the curtains, and I don't even have to park them. They don't even charge me for it and I've been about to have the tow truck take my car away because they have given my parking space to several people. I don't know what's happening. They're doing a bad job and We want to leave because it is terrible to live like this when you arrive what you want is to rest and you can't here before it wasn't like that that's why we wanted to rent here but it's impossible the conditions of the place and how different it is now and you can't leave because They want to charge you until they have time to break the contract and if they don't they will break your credit but I don't recommend the place to anyone because you paint everything very nice and then you start to open the problems

Genesis was really helpful and assisted me well made the process easy and very understanding i will also recommend more people to lease with her.

If you plan to move to this place, think about it again and again I'm Sure you will be regret it soon, unprofessional management, who work in the leasing office her Name is (Vanessa) she is the rudest person and she think she is the owner of this Apartment complex, she is going to everyone's Apartment taking off personal belonging like door curtains throwing stuff inside the apartment without resident's permission. A lot of residents are trying to move out, because of safety issues, break ins, and entrance gate is always open. I don't recommend anybody to move in to arbor apartments, another reason is the maintenance service worse ever, it takes weeks to get fix. - Zero Star.

Very good attention provided by the office staff. The girls are very attentive. So far satisfied with my new home. I recommend it.

I definitely do not recommend this place for the simple fact that they never come to your service, more than 5 months ago I had reported the broken bathroom drawer to the office along with the water that keeps falling from the ceiling in the kitchen, the ceiling It is already rotten and the board that holds the jar that I leave for the water to fall is still rotting, I constantly have to throw away the dirty water and if I am not careful the water spills and the kitchen fills with water but no one has done anything about it. Regarding this, they always say "WE'RE SENDING SOMEONE ALREADY" but no one comes, apart from reporting the same thing on several occasions I also have a broken glass door to the porch that some children broke a month ago and of course I reported it, this situation is stressful because cold, heat, insects that bite you every day, etc, I had kindly asked them to tell the neighbor upstairs to please not continue throwing garbage at me and to please tell her to tone down the noise they make a little.her 5 children (the lady is Arabic, she does not speak English and even less Spanish) and I understand well that they are children but the noise late at night is a bit annoying because of course you are trying to rest after a day spent at work, saying this to The girl I was talking to on the phone hung up on me and left me halfway, if it was possible I wouldn't leave a single star, I would have liked them to at least inform me why they are taking so long, or they don't have staff, etc etc but you make your own decisions.conclusions in this regard, I leave you photos.

If you plan to move to this place, think about it again or I'm sure you will be regret soon, unprofessional management, the lady who work in the leasing office in name of (Vanessa) she is the rudest person i have ever seen in my life, several peoples in front of me denied to sign contract here because of her bad behavior.
4-3 Robberies happens every month here but management don't care about it, broken cabinets, worst sewage system, unsecured environment. Since a month dishwasher and exhaust is not working in my apartment and every single day I call them but yet I didn't get any response! From them, they charge you every month for pest control but you never see pest control guy in months.
After the end of this contract I will never renew my contract with them.

Robberies happens at this place no security cameras in community at all. Inside apartment, bathroom and kitchen are very filthy. Broken cabinets, plugs don’t work properly, pest issues, roaches in bathroom and kitchen. Not very good neighbors in community. Management is also very ignorant. The lady in office name Vanessa is also very rude. Maintainence also come very late or not come at all!

Monthly Water bills in this apartments are over $200 the lowes have been $168. Be ready to pay more and more every month. We have to pay for the water waisted due to a busted pipe by the pool that is not correct. If you pay your full rent and have pending the crazy amount of your water Bill they charge late fee.

If you move into these apartments be ready to pay high water bills my first bill was $168 and now they are charging me $205. The apartment does not have a washing machine or dryers. I don't even want to think how much they are going to charge me next month. If you pay your full rent and leave the balance of $205 of water outstanding, they charge surcharges.
