Arby's, Schertz TX

Still not open for dining inside. The food is good. We got 2 chicken gyros meals topped with a couple of shakes. No line today at the drive thu. Lucky me!

Food is delicious, love the new crickle cut fries, I hope they keep them. Staff is also so friendly and efficient

Always love a good Arby's, have an item or sauce missing everyone in awhile, typical fast food. Just check bag before you leave.

You know it's not going to be good when you pull up through the drive thru and the lady comes over the speaker, Arby's! Not, hi how can I help you, or welcome to Arby's, but instead just, Arby's.

Usually quiet at lunch with very quick service. So a great choice if you're in a hurry. Very clean. They do have non-beef options, including salads.

Staff very friendly, service great but their brisket sandwich is terrible, stick with the roast beef.

I walked in waited about 3 to 4 minutes all i can see was the manages in the back laughing and talking someone looked at me from the back as i stood there never said a word so as I walked out. I rang the bell and they said thank you and for what no service.

I was starving, just came from my doctors and bank, so I popped in to get the Smoked Brisket sandwich, it was as good as it looked on the menu, fast and friendly service

Overall great experience, had talked with three associates. Seth, Krista and Jack. Very friendly and even had a great conversation with the chef/sandwich maker. Very friendly and very kind staff. The food was amazing, specially for a fast food place. Amazing staff and had an amazing conversation. Thank you for the experience. Keep up the great work! Will be back again for sure.

On TV the barbecue sandwich look so good it does not taste as good as it looks on TV I was very disappointed I was looking so forward to it

The customer service at this location is always cheerful and friendly. Foods always made right and fast.

Hadn't been to an Arby's in four years because there isn't one in my area but on my way to Brook Army Medical Center in San Antonio my daughter located this one in Shurtz. It was as delish as ever. Selection has really grown and worth the cost. Especially the brisket sandwich! Clean, fast and friendly.

Food was awesome. Service was quick and friendly. Parking lot & drive thru were both tiny and awkward.

The employees are awesome. Obvious care is taken on the preparation of your food. The best Arby's I have ever ate at.

What can you say about fast food joints? I never want to give them 5 stars because it's fast food, so even if the ff joint is super clean and has amazing service, it's not going to get 5 stars. For me, all ff joints are on a 3 star grade within a 5 star system. To get one star, the place must be super ghetto.

This Arby's is always fast and on point. They handled a bus full of people as well as all normal customers with speed. Impressive!
