Arby's, Dallas TX

Food was good but the drive thru took a while. There were also a ton of homeless people camped out in the lot across the street.

After having to correct her at the drive thru speaker which in itself was ok the Hispanic looking woman in a ponytail copped a major attitude at the window When I asked her to repeat my order to make sure she got it right I know customer service has gone downhill over the past few years but this is ridiculous

Went through the drive through. Not very scenic.but they got our order right and remembered the straw.

Staff was incredibly rude as hell. Also I dropped my drink on accident and both ladies rolled eyes and charged me for another drink. I will be contacting corporate

They have a new macaroni and white cheese instead of fries it was. Just enough to make you want more. It's just in a bad part of town. Had to ask for the keys to go to the bathroom. There just trying to keep the customers safe I think.

I have never gone into an Arby's and was told I had to order something before using their restrooms. I chose not to order anything and left the restaurant. I called corporate office to report them. I will get on indeed and get to upper higher level and tell them corporate to get their ducks in a row. My husband was a general manager of Arby's many years ago and have never been treated this way in my life.

Some of the slowest fast food service ever. Went at 5 o'clock, only 4 customers in the store, at least 6 people working. Yet it took almost 10 minutes for someone to come take our order, and another 10 for the food to be made.

I have to say that my wife made the choice of the French dip sandwich which was to die for thank you Arbies

Cashier didnt know what came on a chicken slider. They have no pickles. Waited about 15 minutes before was asked what i would like. I been craving arby's for a long time and my experience here was lets just say i won't be returning

Onion rings were a bit overcooked but they were fresh off the grill! Both sandwiches were awesome. THE STAFF WAS REALLY GREAT VERY FRIENDLY they were even kind to the homeless that they asked to leave frond door.

Cold Food taste bad and I ask to make it fresh and all they did was warm up my sandwich and it tasted worse

I will have to stck with the standard Beef and Cheddar. I ttied the new Petite Filet and bacon. Best thing on the sandwich was the bacon. The rrst of the sandwich.meh. I wanted to get a Sprite with my mral. Much to my displeasure it was out. First taste I got was all CO2. When I said something, I was told "Oh we are out". No Im sorry. Mgmt and staff are too lazy, not busy, LAZY! To tape a note across the Sprite stati g "temp. Out of order" is that too much to ask? I guess it is because it was never done.

I sat in the drive-through line with 3 cars ahead of me for 25 minutes and no offer of any discount or anything for my wait, no explanation. If you’re going to go here, make sure you have a spare 30 minutes

The food was good. The service was great. The place was clean. However the soda fountain didn't work so you had to ask the cashier to get your beverage anytime you wanted a refill. This was slightly annoying. Also the bathroom key was attached to a giant spatula. I hate to think how many people didn't watch their hands and touch that after using the restroom. It would be nice if there was a more sanitary method of giving the key.

Tiana was a blessing of great customer service! More people like her should be paid very well. Chicken Sandwich was good!

Arby's will always be in my top 2 joints. The lady at the drive thru must have been having g a day, somewhat rude and short, wouldn't let me finish the order before asking if I was done. But the kid who actually gave me y meal was very polite.

Good for fast food. The Gyro is good for fast food. There is usually a good amount of wait if you go at lunch time

I love eatting Arby's 1/2 lb Roast Beef I put lots of black peper and Arby's sauce on it! They don't want service Dogs in their resturant if your not blind. Thor and I had to leave. The Manager said I can't take him where they serve food. We went to Subway and had a Roastbeef sub. Thor had ice water.

On an order of 2 sandwiches, 1 chicken tenders and 2 fries and drinks, they managed to supply the wrong fries, mislabel the drinks AND omitted one of the 2 count 'em 2 sandwiches! Horrible service, long wait, surly staff and sugar food.

Food was great, but unfortunately there were to many homeless people around. I got asked for money before I entered the premises and once again after I started eating my food.
