Arby's, Katy TX

Friendly staff. I believe my fries were cooked twice and didn't come out well. Unfortunately, I didn't realize until I was already driving away.

Stopped here a few weeks ago and they were closed by 9pm, then again for dinner last Friday at 7pm and were told they were out of roast beef! What? ! Something is amiss at this location.

I like Arby's. We had roast beef and cheddar, curly fries and hi-c drinks. The fries were hot. The beef and cheddar sandwich wasn't cold but warm. The hi-c needed to be checked. The drink was not sweet. It seemed a little diluted but I was unsure which one it was.

We are frequent customers of Arby's. This place must be under new management. It was all good, they had a full staff and very friendly.

Always have a good experience here. Food is fresh and hot and staff is friendly.one of the best Arby's I have been to.

It's Arby's. I've met friendlier employees. I will be going back, as this is the closest Arby's to me.

While the food is great as usual and service if friendly enough, dining in was a disappointment as the tables were dirty and housekeeping throughout could use some improvement. I'll be using the drive thru for any future visits.

They completly changed the menu /downgraded the new burgers are sweet and really dirty honestly go to whaterburger next door.

Maybe it's due to Covid & restaffing issues idk, but our last 2 visits here have left me very disappointed. Sweet tea that tastes like watery tea minus the sugar that we find out at 930pm was made in the AM but they served it. The drive thru order taker does not listen and we've received 2 beef n cheddar sandwiches NO CHEDDAR and ruined my Greek Gyro by dousing it in Gyro sauce/Tatzikki instead of putting it on the side as asked! No fries or drink when we ordered the meals, they clearly didn't want to give meals because we didn't get any curly fries or drinks when we ordered it, his excuse 'Oh oh, I thought you wanted all sandwiches only so I didn't charge you. ' Retrain the staff you have running things here. We don't have many locations to chose from anymore please fix this!

Pretty consistent. Had 2 French dip and Swiss meals. Bread was soft, fries were hot. Drive thru was quick. Nothing to complain about.

Had the Hawaiian fish sandwich not what I expected. Looked totally different from the advertisement. Received a messy sandwich.

I went through the drive through of this Arby’s and ordered a shake and two 8 piece jalapeño bites. I was on my way to work so I didn’t notice until I got there that one of the jalapeño bites orders was missing. Being pregnant there were definitely a couple tears, but I called them and asked if I could go pick up the missing order after work. They took my name down and told me that was fine. I got there and they not only gave me one but two! Definitely made my night, never mentioned being pregnant either and I’m not showing yet so they just did that for customer service. I’ve had wonderful experiences with this location in the past, so figured it was time to give them a good review. We will absolutely continue to support this business!

The one time I go to arby's I order a chicken bacon swiss and it had a little black hair in it and I was just appalled by the sandwich? I just didn't eat it. Thanks alot arby's u will never have my business again!

Customer service was terrible. I ordered a Greek Gyro. I looked great. Yet, I'm not sure but believe the meat was starting to spoil. Had a nasty after taste.

The staff is often distracted when you walk in but that's probably because it's slow (good place to get a quality bite without a long wait) so I cant complain too much. Also the management here is always helpfu) and friendly. I am glad to see remaining Arbys locations doing well and this one is a fine example.

Arby's is one of my favorite casual eating places, in Pandemic or not. Their French Dip roast beef is consistently good. And I enjoy their 2 for $6 meal deals. I always look forward to an Arby's and lament that their is not a location closer to me in Copperfield.

My family went to eat here after church. The lady at the register (not sure her name) was very helpful. The guy (Ricky Zink) was super kind and helpful. Ricky was what you hope for when you visit a local restaurant. The food was great to. Way to go Arby's - Not sure if Ricky was management, but I could see him running and leading a store.
