15 For the folks complaining about food being cold and soggy when they order from doordash, Uber eats, grub hub…. You guys do realize that as soon as a restaurant gets an order they make it right away, once is complete it takes Uber, door dash etc time to get to the restaurant to pick up food and make the delivery (about 40-50 min) that’s enough time for FAST FOOD to go bad and soggy. It’s not all on Arbys, Burger King etc etc, you want fresh food go down to the restaurant in person and eat inside. STOP COMPLAINING! And tip your delivery drivers!
BTW… the Arbys staff is always friendly specially the GM. Always makes it right!
Terrible experience. I ordered French dip and cheese sticks via doordash. The au jus was watered down to a very light tan color with zero flavor. The cheesesticks were cooked uneven, misshapen and the last two at the bottom of the container were moldy. I’ll never eat here again.
The food was cold. I’ve never had to warm up food in the microwave immediately after buying it. About 2 hours after eating the food, I got very sick.
This store is clean and good service, I see other reviews from a while back and they say some things but they must have gone under new management because I will be back.
We showed up at 940pm in the drive through their sign may say 10am to 10 pm but they aren't they will close early without telling people in their drive through even if it's only 2 or 3 people in line
Marquee says lobby open 10am to 10pm is 7: 20 lobby is closed big sign on window saying dining room open as well! Doors are locked and a bag of trash in front of the door.
I remember loving Arby's roast beef sandwiches today. I must
say the quality of the food seemed subpar. The boneless buffalo wings
were disappointing.
They were shut down the inside use per town but you could drive through they treated us like humans garage for me I mean I didn't expect. Fast food. Just one of a multi chain outlet.
Arbys is pretty good quality, unfortunately it is cold often. We were surprised that this location was offering curly and crinkle fries.
This location should definitely shut down simple request are not honored and no working phone number
Although they didn't allow dine-in, I can't say no to their Mocha Shakes, like wow. Paired with their curly fries and a classic roast beef burger, it hit the spot for sure
Food is great! Customer service has been alright. Sometimes we get the impression that we're doing them a favor by ordering.
The lady at the drive through window was super nice and happy! Made my day! Regular roast beef classic, delicious as always!
Dirty restaurant, everyone is rude and dressed like they just rolled out of bed while looking at their phones constantly
They are very inconsistent dining room is open one week and closed the next week. Poor customer service and the last time I ate there I was sick for 3 days. McKinney's location is the worst ever beware
