Arby's, Sugar Land TX

I truly appreciate how speedy the drive-thru is since I usually visit during lunch. The food is always fresh and well portioned.

Monday 3/15/23 10: 13am.
Ordered classic double roast beef meal. I don't drink soda and only wanted water, so was told it was cheaper just to order items separately.
The lobby was closed "because the guys are working on it" so I had to get food through drive through.
I drink a lot with my food so I went back through the drive through for a water refill.
I was told that I can't get a free water refill and that it would cost $2.37 for water?

It costs $2.37 for a 10oz cup of tap water now!? !?
Talk about inflation!

Excellent late night experience indeed, staff at the drive-thru was quite knowledgeable and so friendly, service was quick and our food was quite tasty as well, this location everyone must visit!

Ordered delivery. Driver delivered wrong order. Door said they would refund the money but I have yet to receive anything.

THIS WAS BUSSIN BUSSIN! What y'all be putting on them buffalo sliders that have me addicted? The bread was fresh, the meat was juicy, the buffalo sauce was delicious, but also had a kick to it and don't even get me started on the parmesan ranch! I'm most definitely coming back!

My family has always loved Arby’s… The roast beef sandwich, horsey sauce and curly fries just make me happy! And this branch is the best one I’ve been to. The staff were all friendly and efficient. Rob, the cashier, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The restaurant was clean and the food served fresh.
Would definitely come back.

This place used to be one of our go-tos (at least twice a month), but our last 3 orders have been terribly wrong. Yesterday I ordered two classic sandwiches and a mozzarella stick and a combo. I got home with two orders of mozzarella sticks and a sandwich. We live too far away to go back so we made the best of it. I don't know if we'll be back.

Where to start? I’ve always enjoys Arbys. Been visiting this chain since the early 70’s. Always loved the sandwiches and potato cakes, which the sadly discontinued. Anyway, went to this location for lunch and got the 2 for 7 special. Buffalo chicken and roast beef ranch sandwiches. Buffalo chicken sandwich was so sloppily put together and it was a mess
to eat. They basically took a chicken patty and quick dipped it into buffalo sauce. Laughably bad. The roast beef was just as bad. No sauce containers for the sauce, customers we’re taking the drink tops and using those as containers. No napkins. Workers were all busting their tails. Felt sorry for them honestly. Please
Work on your presentation and keep the condiment station stocked. And work on your sandwiches. Overall, I cannot at all recommend.

Food quality was ok. The curly fries were semi cold, auj was watered down for the French dip. Staff was friendly and restaurant clean.

Fast service and the staff that took our order was friendly. I was disappointed to receive my medium order of curly fries all burnt and small as if they were from the bottom. There was no ketchup in the dispenser. Clean dining area.

Maria is a company asset. Always pleasant and friendly. They have discontinued 1 of my favorite menu items. Maria was quick to apologize and make some substitute suggestions. Great attitude and personality. The food is a 4 but Maria makes this location a level 5.

Apple pecan salad sandwich is so good and healthy for $9 (combo fries and drink) drink.
Place was clean. Not busy and located off hwy 6 south.

Always a pleasant atmosphere. Employees friendly and smiling. Food as always wonderful and hot.

They charged me full price but gave me the cheaper version of the sandwich. No cheese no sauce and regular burger buns. This is the third time this has happened to me.

I ordered a beef and cheddar only, the drive thru guy talked me into getting the combo. I had several errands and I live 45 minutes away. I couldn't wait to get home and relax to eat my BNC that I had been craving only to get home to find a plain roast beef. I was so upset. I've been calling to complain for 10 days now and no one answers the number on the receipt. $10 wasted. What a disappointment. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE!

This use to be a great place until they let manager work the drive thru. She was very rude over a coupon that Arby kept sending me. I finally decided to use before it expired. Well they don’t have to worry about me going back to that location. I went to Panda Express and paid the full price and received excellent customer service.

I’m starting to see that scamming people in this location is a common thing. I asked the drive-thru guy, inmar, if they still offered fish sandwiches out of curiosity. He could’ve easily said no, yet he didn’t. So of course, I ended up with a roast beef sandwich instead? I should’ve checked my bag before I left, what a pity. Why lie about having a menu item that you clearly don’t have. Talk about principles.
