16Food is good. But don't be in no hurry long wait time and plenty of people standing around inside in no hurry to make food.
The only thing I found bad was the fact that there's a few items that a customer cannot change they have to serve it the way they want it not according to the way the customer would like to have it this to me is absurd it should be the customers way no matter how you want to look at it they're the ones putting the money in your pocket we can go elsewhere that can give us twice of what we're getting in comparison to what your store offers
Ordered from Grubhub, had to wait for over 45 mins. The restaurant didn’t have anything I wanted. They didn’t answer my phone calls when I called to speak with a manager. Food is great, customer service is trash. Save your money and just go else where!
Food was fresh and delicious. I didn't get any sauce for my curly fries this last visit but it was definitely still good.
Shake machine has been broken for weeks what is this mcdonalds hard to order diablo dare then be told "we are out" and can't get money back from app
I always get cold fries and sandwiches that have been sitting for hours. 7 p.m. Should be a time to get fresh fast food.this is one of my favorite places to get fast food and 80% of the time I am not satisfied with this location on western street
The food is actually good when I can get to it the store is closed half of the time I go to it and tonight was the final straw I got shoo'ed away by an employee at 7 pm, if they don't want to work maybe they shouldn't have jobs
8/31/22 - I am IMPRESSED. For the first time, I used the Arby's website to order ahead and pay for my meal. It is an OUTSTANDING interface, uncluttered, easy-to-use and understand, and which made customizing my purchase quick and uncomplicated. Truly impressive.
But, my experience didn't end there. When I got to the drive thru, I simply told them I was there to pick up my order. The young lady asked me pleasantly for my name, which I gave, then had me pull through to the window. In less than 60 seconds, I had my meal, with drink, properly modified to my specification, with sauces, napkins, straw, and sauces. No fuss, no issues no wait. Unbelievable! The person working the window, while clearly bushed from working shorthanded, was bright bubbly, and both pleasant and professional. I am amazed at how smooth and enjoyable an experience this was. I will be coming back more often.
VERDICT: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
We tried their new bacon cheeseburger and it was delicious!
Their new crinkle fries were cooked perfectly! My husband loved the new Strawberry lemonade drink. Their chicken pecan salad sandwich is always delicious!
Meh. I give it a 2/5. This certain store is always out of certain foods whether it's roast beef or something else. Food isn't bad but whoever orders truck needs some retraining.
Service was good. We went through drive thru but felt as if much of the menu items were not available or they were no longer being served but still being posted on menu board and under the sign.
Okay, trust me on this, the Arby's chicken salad on honey wheat bread is the best in town. I wait every spring for this to come back on the menu! I could eat it every day!
When we entered we were told "due to a paper shortage we can't take your order in the lobby, it would meds up the computer. But you can go through the drive. " As I'm in the drive thru they took orders in the lobby. The little girl was rude at the drive window and refused to even help at the window. Not impressed.
Food was a little cold.and I hate when I order crinkle fries (because I am the only person I know that hates the curly fries) and the crinkle fries taste like curly fries and there are a bunch of curly fries mixed in. Blech
Couldn't even get my order placed standing AT the register! Employees just looking at me. Only focused on drive thru. Stood there like an apparent fool for 15 minutes while not one employee tried to engage my friends and I. Terrible terrible store. The new cosmetic paint job doesn't hide the fact that they're still a terrible location full of slow lazy employees
The service was friendly and fast, we just had to wait for the chicken nuggets since they were freshly fried. My son was happy
