Arby's, Mesquite TX

Go get the big game burger or try the new fish sticks or even get some boneless wings. This local Arby's is serving up hot meals for the whole family. Love the atmosphere here and there customer service is top notch.

The amount of missing meat should be embarrassing to corporate. You too cheap for napkins? How bout staff that isn't so bored that the drive thru speaker is not a pick up window? Must of been bad bread, was in bathroom for two days.

I had the classic roast beef and cheese with curly fries. The food was not hot. For a meal close to $12, you should do better. This location is close to several other fast food places, which runs circles around them in terms of price and quality control.

Fast and friendly service the food was ok the fries were a little cold and I got the wrong bun on my sandwich but it was still good.

Every now and then I get a craving for Arby's roast beef sandwich. Remember the days when you could get 5 roast beef sandwiches for $5?

Im customer drive thru 328 and I came today for the fish strips I am not satisfied with my order I had the smallest pieces of fish and my fries where way to many For 9.69 this order should have been better no tater sauce no ketchup the fries covered the fish I thought they only gave me fries it was so small I spent 25.64 and my order was not satisfying order #aac9vlpsajcc look it up I come there all the time and my order is usually great sorry but truth must be told thank you GET BETTER I will be back

As always food is good and people are wonderful, sticker box was lacking but I am sure more people will add to it.

I went in to order my lunch and everything looked clean and the young man that took my order helped me with my questions on which sandwich would be best for me. Oh and normally I would get the curly fries but this time I tried their crinkle fries which was delicious

The slowest service I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. The drive through was so backed up I decided to go inside to order. The line was long and slow and only one person behind the counter seemed to know what was going on and have ANY sense of urgency. Although the young man who took my order was very pleasant.

Went through drive threw, service specialist was Very polight, and courteous. Food was good, and I didn't have a long wait.

Worst experience in customer service I've experienced in quite a while first the staff I'm not sure the staff was trained that was confirmed by the quality of management skills exhibited by the manger to make a long story short I'm writing this having given them my money just to not deal with their rude manager it's worth it

I love their fish sandwiches it's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Match that with some crinkle fries, cooked well done I love it. The manager is super attentive at this restaurant. He makes sure that your order is on point.

Great customer service at this location! Everytime my husband and kiddos dine in we have always had a good experience.

I love this place! One thing I would suggest is check your order before you leave the drive thru. I had ordered the jalapeño poppers and I ended up with fried cheese sticks.

Its an Arby's so thats what you get but they're always fast nice and the food is fresh.
