Arby's, El Paso TX

As I came into the establishment I was welcomed by the Manager Mr. Chapparo this isn’t usual in fast food especially opening the door but was very tasteful and professional. As I was eating I observed his watch and asked him a few questions and before he answered he ensured I was ok and was enjoying my food then proceeded to answer my questions. A very disciplined and drive.leader, will continually visit this location. He is managing this location well.

Food was very good. The manager at the register was a super nice young lady. All staff were great, clean place.

Good deal on 2 for $7 beef sandwich. Hope they start with classic roast beef of 4 like in the past. Service was courteous and fast.

Got the classic beef and cheddar sandwiches and my bread tasted rotten. Spoke with a manager day of. Came back a week later to claim my order and they did not want to honor it because I had taken a week. Horrible way to manage orders.

The sandwiches still continue to maintain their same goodness. The place is small and needs some updating. The atmosphere felt a little impersonal.

Foods are okay but Do Not apply applications at that job. That arbys have poor management. Steve is ridiculous, poor management to new hires and other management are very poor management on the duty. They aren't not doing their jobs properly at all. I heard about his drinking on job and nobody didn't take this action. I recommend this to any people who s applying in there, Don't apply over there! CEO need to take a look at this action and this need an actions to be take care of.

Went through drive-thru.fresh, fast & friendly! Service & quality is much better than it use to beGREAR JOB!

It is my second time that I go the food is delicious to begin with the store is super clean and the staff are super attentive and well moved the first time I went they were very full and even my food came out in a good time and very well prepared the second time There weren't many people but I was treated just as well, hopefully they will continue, I recommend it 100%. Also their specials are great I recommend the $5 dollars boneless wings.

Worst restaurant experience of my life. I walk in and the worker there just tells me that someone else will help me out. I waited and that particular worker just turns her back towards me and looks at the menu. I'm literally ready to order and there are two other people in the back and yet nobody wants to help me. That restaurant needs to respect customers both at the drive-thru and that dine in at the same time.

Came a few days ago, haven’t been there for a while, the food was okay but the young lady at the drive thru was very polite and accommodating. Had awesome tattoos!

The food was not hard enough.
The young lady behind the counter did not seem interested in her job at all.

Had some customer service issues before. On there behalf it was within 30 minutes of closing but they didn't want to make some fries but otherwise they have been good

Look Arby's is Arby's. It's good even at this chain but the customer service is terrible. So the food may taste good but the experience is just a whole other deal and can just make you not even hungry anymore

Ps: I hope the company calls this location and realizes that they will NEVER answer their phone.

They didn't get our order correct.gave us crinkle fries instead of curly.and they completely left off our mozzarella sticks we paid for. We didn't notice until we got home and it was too far to go back.so.not happy.

Food is good. You get what you pay for. Service is okay, not bad, not particularly special. The place is kinda outdated and not welcoming.

This Arby's is across from Hanks High School. It was remodeled a few years ago and looks very modern and clean. Even though we were the only ones there at the time the order took over 15 minutes. People were on phones and some not knowing exactly how to make a Reuben were asking for help. The food was ok but yes the Reuben wasn't it's usual. Most of the time I go here in the drive thru. Recommend the Gyro. Will still go there for Arby's unique not-a-burger craving.

I ordered a Steakhouse Garlic Ribeye Sandwich because in the TV commercial it looked delicious and I love garlic. So I had to try it.
I was disappointed in the flavor, not at all garlicky. The meat was okay, and overall the sandwich size was way small for the almost $8 price. Not buying that sandwich again, but definitely continuing to eat Arby's.

I haven't had an arby sandwich in about 8 years.the classic beef and cheddar with the arby sauce hit the spot, those crinkle French fries were so good too!
