Arby's, Dallas TX

Food and service were really good on 1/31. We got the chicken bacon swiss, Greek gyros and some fresh and hot potato cakes! Everything was delicious and yummy. Used a coupon and will definitely go back.

I normally won't write reviews unless they are positive. This is our most frequented Arby's. Usually they are decent. However last time we went we asked for Arby's sauce and got horsey sauce instead. Mildly disappointing, but alone, not worth a review. This time it's clear the curly fries were not fully cooked or reheated. The outside is slightly warm, but the inside is nearly refrigerator cold. Sandwich is ok which is the main point anyway.

Normally not the kind of person to complain or take a photo of an employee, but we are in a pandemic with the highest case count rising every day, and employee is not wearing gloves or respecting masking while handling food. This is dangerous, and a disgusting attitude towards public safety. I do not want to publicly post the photo of another person, but if the company would like the picture as proof I will pass it along.

No service at all!
I get in and a guy was in the line already, after a few minutes of no one showing up to take the order.
I decided to ask this guy -have anyone took your order sr?
He said “no”
-but, are you on the line?
-yes!
So I decide to leave after a while, some employee was behind on the kitchen and she can hear and see us, but anyway, she doesn’t care
No, service!

This arbys location was awesome. Great food and friendly staff. Shift leader was very nice when taking my order.

Stopped for a sandwich before going to DSM. Wanted a chicken salad sandwich.they were out. Had Fresh Market ham sandwich instead. It was good. Quick, friendly service but wish they would stop changing their menu.

Cheap food and the scene at this spot is very good. Good place to hang and eat some good food. The service was very friendly and kind.

The cook touches everything with no gloves on his hand. I watched as he had one glove on and with ungloved hand picked the cheese back of the bun went to the side, came back, and slapped the cheese back on and serve the sandwich. He then touched his cell phone and his clothes with the same hand.

I decided not to get any food and got a shake instead then left. I won't be back.

If your stores closes at 11pm as the establishment and online states why is the place closing 1030pm regularly. Update your hours so people dont waste their time.

Came here tonight at 9: 28 and was told that they closed at 9: 30. The website and window said 11 and we weren’t sure what we wanted, when we said “just a minute” we were told to hurry because they were closed. No explanation was given, it was just odd.

Cheap food, yeah, super delicious.filled me up.i look forward to going back again.food is similar to a cafe in portland i liked.

Roast beef is your thing, your go to food and you have none ready for consumers, you advertise, WE GOT THE MEATS but your signature meat isn't available and after I pulled off NO NAPKINS REALLY! YOU have to ask for NAPKINS?

Worst Arbys I went to during Lent. At 11 am it looked like the fish was cooked the day before and heated up in the microwave

Food is always good at this location bit the service varies. Much better during the day than at night.

Cheap food and the feeling here is above par. One of the best spots in the area. Looking forward to a return trip. This place has a good design.

Pretty okay. Renovated clean Location. Fast service during lunch rush but food is consistently 3 star

Awesome experience delicious, went through the drive thru ordered my meal, I usually order extra sliders just because munchies might kick in. Always double check when in drive-thru they forgot my sliders went inside the lady was super apologetic, I reminded her hey we're human. Jalapeno and buffalo chicken sliders are bomb 2-5pm $1 ea.

Waited at least 5 minutes at the counter before being acknowledged and another 5 for our order to be taken. Female employee was on the phone in the back and the excuse for the wait was that the cashier went to the bathroom. Ridiculous.
