Convenient location, very nice rooms, always super clean with great service. They always leave a treat in the room after cleaning. For my wife's birthday they left some macarons as a birthday treat, which were amazing. They also let us use a record player they have onsite with a nice selection of LPs. We had to call to request this, very easy to do and they even brought it up to our room for us. Great place to stay when in Austin.

Local beer options at the pool bar like Friends and Allies Noisy Cricket session IPA that’s perfect while hanging out in pool.

The reason this hotel is getting such an outstanding review is not only because of the immaculately clean and modern room, but mainly because of the incredibly attentive customer service I received. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond my expectations repeatedly. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at the Archer in Austin, TX if ever given the chance!

I was there for a business event. The food and service by the hotel staff was excellent!

We were in a beautiful meeting room and had a large veranda where we could sit and enjoy the beautiful Texas sky.

The hotel is gorgeous inside. I am considering a little weekend getaway with my better half. This place is very nice.

I am not a fan of the Domain shopping area. Parking is always difficult. Nevertheless, this place is a jewel. The parking for this hotel is not hard to access. I have nothing but compliments for the Hotel. I look forward to my next visit. I will update with photos when I do.

Came here for a company conference. The place was great. Had dinner in the lounge and it was really good. 10/10 recommend.

Awesome posh hotel in the middle of a posh shoppers area in Austin, good place to stay if you are visiting Austin and looking for a shopping bubble. Has a quirky feel in the room but overall recommended.

I am delighted to write a glowing review of the Archer hotel in Austin domain area and their exceptional Director of Guest Services, Anja, for our recent visit for my cousin's wedding.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were impressed with the level of service provided by the staff. Everyone we encountered, from the front desk personnel to the restaurant servers, was friendly, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay.

Anja, in particular, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was incredibly responsive and accommodating, helping us to coordinate transportation and offering great recommendations for local activities and dining options. She truly went above and beyond to make our visit memorable.

The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, with stylish and well-appointed rooms that provided all the comfort and convenience we could ask for. The location in the Domain area was also perfect, with plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options just steps away.

Overall, our experience at the Archer hotel in Austin was exceptional, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. Thank you, Anja, and the entire staff, for making our visit truly unforgettable. We will definitely be back!

I cannot rave enough about the Archer Hotel in the Domain. After a long day of travels, the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. I’m a local Austinite and they assisted in stowing my luggage as courtesy, and I felt extremely welcomed regardless of how I was dressed (I dress for comfort in long days). I dined in for a quick bite and ordered the bagel and lox with the espresso mocktini. The espresso mockitini is the best I’ve EVER had anywhere I’ve traveled to. I was pleasantly surprised. I fell in love with the hotel itself and it inspired me to return for a content creation day for myself or my clients it is a photogenic location and the stylist of the floor plan and architecture makes it easy to photograph this location. The friendliness of the staff as a cancer patient made it easy for me to recommend this place for lodging or dining in, without a doubt. I will be returning to the Archer, far better than Hotel VanZandt downtown and I will be sure to recommend this spot to close family and friends. Thank you to McKayla, Marques, and the wait staff at the restaurant. It truly made my return to Austin a pleasant one after spending so much time in the hospital.

Magnificent experience. Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and had all the amenities we expected and then some. The staff was benevolent, attentive, friendly, courteous and ensured we were delighted with our stay. They even knew me by name, which was an especially nice touch. The location is outstanding, with options for shopping and dining in abundance, all within walking distance of the hotel. The lobby was inviting and warm, tastefully decorated, with large leather sofas and chairs surrounding the fireplace and bar area. My husband and I enjoyed sitting by the fire conversing among ourselves, with the staff and the other guests. We stayed for two days, but left feeling completely rejuvenated and refreshed. I highly recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay here from start to finish. The staff are extremely friendly and we loved the special touch of the tasty treats in our room each day, plus the recommended books! The decor might not be to my taste but it is fun and quirky. Sheets so smooth and fancy, I actually miss them now I’m home. The pool and outdoor bar area is really nice. One huge plus for this hotel is the great location in the heart of a bustling shopping area. Other reviews mention the noise, this was certainly not an issue for us on the 4th floor. The restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced, I recommend the carpaccio and truffle fries!

Archer Hotel is located in a very central spot of the Domain, cool area in Austin, just a few steps away from the Apple Store and other cool shops. Rooms are very clean, massive and bed is super comfortable and huge. Every day the staff treats you with some small dessert or salty delight in you room. Very big tv screen and huge balcony available with a nice view of the Expedia building. Lovely bar/dining area, quite spacious and bright.
Very friendly and welcoming staff. I had trouble with my luggage lock that I found it broken at the airport and they super prompt on helping me out getting it sorted very quickly. I highly recommend staying at the Archer when in Austin

The staff was a disaster, there was even no breakfast one day. The room was cleaned 1 day in 6 days of stay. Terrible value for money.

This is our favorite weekend getaway hotel. So nice. We love the outdoor fireplace rooms and shopping and food and Starbucks so close.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Archer during the 2023 Winter Freeze. We lost power to our home for nearly 4 days. The Archer went above and beyond in providing excellent service. The room was tidy, the food was delicious, and they even delivered a dog bed and treats for our pup. I highly recommend the Archer for a vacation, stay-cation, or for the next time Texas infrastructures implodes (again)

Went to the bar with a group. Lovely spot though it can get loud. Service is great and so are the drinks and the food. A bit pricey but good.

Even though I didn't have the chance to be a guest at this hotel, I can say that the service of the front desk is bad as it can be. We called to ask if using valet without being a guest was possible, and the lady said yes, that the restaurant is closed but that is not a problem. Non-guests can use the valet for $16/day. I then mention there was a game at the Q2 stadium that day and we needed a safe place to park our car since we are not familiar with Austin. She then completely changed her answer and told me that non-guests are not allowed to valet park at any time during any game. So if I had not told her there was a game, I would have still been able to park there? Very confusing and poor customer service on this hotel's part. Do not recommend.
