Arco Iris Ice Cream, San Antonio TX

I was a New vendor from out of town, customer service was terrible. They only want to work with local people go somewhere else.

I Went there for the first time today & bought some diced pickles for an event we are having & someone referred me to this place so I gave it a try we’ll let me tell you the man who rang me up I’m guessing was the owner he was so nice respectful such in a happy mood he was singing Christian music he looked like he was really great full & full of life as I was walking through the isles I could hear his conversations with the costumers he was so positive as he talked to each one of his customers i love that:) and as I was walking out he gave me a candy yes it was something small but which he didn’t have to do that was a very thoughtful jester that goes a long way thank you anyways I love this place and the energy it has the prices and they have a good amount of things all so yummy thank you I’ll be definitely going back and telling everyone about this place:)

It's a warehouse freezer feel through and through. Minimum parking and interesting decor and product presentation.

I had the pleasure of meeting the owners which are all family. Rafael told me the story about how they brought the mangonada to San Antonio. Thank you for doing that, I just love them. I also Loved the paletas! Especially loved that you can buy the mango ice cream and chamoy and make them yourself at a fraction of the cost. Will definitely be back.

What a disappointment it was to discover that they had switched products and their subpar choice in syrup tasted like plastic that was not worth my time or money.

Poor customer service. I've been there twice and the guy working the counter was very rude. I would say shop elsewhere

Really nothing but great experiences here, so I will be back. The prices are good for what you get. I can see why they have so many good reviews.

Normally I would have posted a pic but food looked so good I couldn't stop. I've had nothing but pleasant experiences here and plan to keep coming back. The place has a great atmosphere.

Excellent costumer service very friendly you can find all bulk products in regards to frozen mangonadas mix and other flavors and mexican candy

The emolyees are all about taking care of the guest, makeing sure whatever they want they have, or they will make it. You all as customer should take the time with the family and drive down there and try delicious candy and wonderful ice cream, we do.
