Not a place you want to work unless you enjoy broken promises to hook you in. They will flip on you as soon as you start, so it's best not to listen to whatever they say during an interview, otherwise your life might be flipped upside-down. If you are OK with whatever may happen once hired, then I guess go for it.

I have worked for Arcosa / Trinity Industries for more than 26 years. Just out of the Army, I started at the very bottom. I and many others worked for some excellent mentors and leaders. They helped us to grow ourselves and the businesses that we worked within. Not every year will be perfect or easy.
This is a company that you will get out of it, what you put in.
