The nicest and most caring lab for blood draws! I would recommend an appointment, but they do take walk-ins. On time, efficient, reasonable and the phlebotomy technician had the gentlest touch I've ever experienced. Highly recommend.
Excellent service! They do have walk-ins but you can book an appointment for a certain time and date. Super polite and professional staff; Eźarria and Brenda were excellent and very helpful. I highly recommend this place
The woman who conducted the drug test was professional and courteous. The visit was quick and easy.
We've used ARCPOINT LABS several times and have been very happy with them. We had an issue with our last visit. We brought it to their attention and they immediately corrected it. Staff and management have been very professional and polite. If you need lab testing, I highly recommend ARCPOINT.
Both women at the clinic were super helpful. I had paperwork on my phone and they expertly got them printed with no fuss or exasperation. And the blood draw was super easy—no problem finding a vein and good conversation. I wanted to stay and hang out!
