Very friendly staff Made everything very quick and easy get you in there. I am clean office clean bathrooms just wonderful people.

It was probably the shortest, most efficient process in a lab that I've ever had. That's not hyperbole. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, and the results were posted less than an hour later.

During the DNA test, I requested copy of the result but unfortunately I haven't received the result yet. I do not have any trust in the case worker. I trust the testing center but by them refusing to send me a copy of the DNA create doubt and not trusting the result. The lady who collected the sample ask me if I wanted a copy of the result and I said YES, base on my answer, she asked me for my email and my home address. Its has been almost three weeks since they sent the result to the CPA.

Very patient while I worked up enough “material” for the urinalysis! It was a very positive experience!

Well the company wanted a hair sample from me.
So I asked where do you want the hair taken from?
They said you’re under arms or your legs or beard.
I then say well I have little underarm hair and show them they say that’s not enough and you can see on my legs I don’t have any hair.
So I ask wha happens when you don’t have these? They say you have to shave your hair or your beard off? !
I’m like what! I then ask I know out of all the years you guys do this I’m not the only person that has no hair.
So what do you do?
S when I asked this they seemed to have gotten an attitude.
Then they tell me well you can decline to do this. If I decline then I’m turning the job down. So they are kinda of tell me you do this or else.
So I cut my beard which I didn’t know I had to cut enough hair to be a round fur ball.
My beard is apart of me and I felt that there could have been a different way to do this.
But since they were so adamant that no this is the way we gonna do it or else.
They didn’t care that I had to shave my beard all the way off and I think you should have been more caring that I did.
That’s my issue I know it will grow back but it’s the principle

Had a nice conversation with the lady who helped out with fingerprint scanning. She was fantastic! It only took 10 minutes. I accidentally came in early, but they still helped me out without making me wait.

Right on time. Fast finger print processing. Received EFT in 1 hour.

Very pleased with the digital fingerprinting process. The person that took my fingerprints had a high level of quality and she kept retaking my prints until she was satisfied the image.

A good clinic, friendly staff, everything was done very quickly and professionally. I recommend it!

Honestly, they were very nice, the lady who attended me was without a doubt a great help and easy person to talk to and help me. Props to them for their kind and fast work.

The ladies were very welcoming! I was nervous going in because I wasn’t sure how the test was going to be taken but they made sure to let me know what I was going to get done and made me feel secure. Ladies are very professional!
