My husband damaged my computer he found this place by chance. I have to say they did a fantastic job with a quick turn around.

After going to UbreakIfix and getting the bad advice that I needed a new screen for my Samsung laptop because the display would not turn on. I decided to try Ardent Tech IT solutions and I am happy I did because they took my laptop to diagnose the issue and found that I had Trojans/viruses on my device and issues with connections that caused all of my problems. It was fixed within a couple hours and I had my device back in great working condition and the price was way less than what I expected to pay. The people were very helpful and explained the issue and precautions to take so it does not happen again. I highly recommend you try this business because I almost made a mistake going with UbreakIfix, so happy they didn't have the screen part.

I would reccomend this place to anybody needing help with their electronics. I came in 30 min before their posted close time to have my work computer looked at. They fixed the problem asap and the cost was very reasonable!

U looking for a great computer repair place? Ardent tech does great work fixed my laptop that was having wifi problems. And they r very affordable. The techs name is Jerome he is very good. Check them out. They r in Spring Texas. Which makes it close to home.

Highly recommend Ardent Tech! Friendly, helpful service that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. They explain things to you in non-techy terms and they do what's best for you, not just what's best for them.

I personally talked employee here and they were incredibly helpful, while I did not get a repair they were very knowledgeable about what they were doing and seemed more than happy to help with any computer related problems.

Forever a customer! My Dell started beeping continuously. I have this stigma of computer repair places. It's like going to a mechanic or car shopping. You'll either get jipped or they will break something else to keep you coming back. Either way $$$. I finally broke down and brought it to a professional. I'm so glad I chose Ardent. I arrived at 9: 01a. Jerome (name on business card) was there with bells and whistles on. I turned on my laptop and he instantly diagnosed. He informed me he would do a thorough diagnostics to be sure and gave me a quote. I left my laptop he called me about 1: 30 for pick up. Customer service phenomenal quality of work amazing! This was such a breeze I couldn't believe it.

If only there were six stars. In the wake of the devastating floods in our area, we returned to our office to find one of our computers non-responsive. Knowing that our regular computer repair in Kingwood was flooded out, I started making calls hoping to find someone who could help. These guys were there to save the day. Amazing place to get your computer repaired. Took in my Dell laptop, because it kept shutting down and turning back on, an would not let me log in. He got it done all in one day, pick it up, and its working great, for a great price as well. Would definitely recommend this place, to my friends and family members.
