Ardovino's Pizza 3 reviews
19 Received a Gift card for Ardivinos. My son and I ate dinner there. Only to be told that I could only use this card where it was purchased. The Zaragoza restaurant refused to Honor the gift card. By the way, their ad shows Gift cards could be redeemed at any of their restaurants.
Will Never recommend this Gift Card.
Ardovino's has terrific pizzas and I love their lasagna with garlic bread. The cannoli's are really tasty. The atmosphere is also very nice.
They generally forget to add an item to your order such as bread or sauces. These past few times I have ordered for my family, they "forget" a whole entree and the usual sides like dressing for your salads. According to the manager Pablo, they cannot just return the amount for the item they owe you. They have to charge you a new amount for what the new total is without the forgotten food and then return the old amount to your card. To be honest with their incompetence I do not trust them with my card information over the phone. Also, I was supposed contacted by their GM Miriam which she never reached out to me. They have had poor customer service these past few years and they're getting skimpy on toppings. I was a customer that started in their Cincinnati location and switched to the Eastside location. I do not recommend this location anymore.
I have been coming here for around 15 years and it is always been great, from the food to the people and service all around. Ardovino's never disappoints.
Delicious and great service. I was impressed with serving sizes in comparison to prices. As food costs continue to rise you can tell at a lot of restaurants there is a lower quality of food or less in portion size but that was not the case here.
Cheesecake was wonderful too!
Pizza is good. Thin, crunchy. Tastes good. But service is absolutely horrible. We won't be coming back.
My kid spilled his drink. We cleaned what we could with the 4 napkins we had. The server came and picked up the cup. She saw the mess. We sat there with the mess for 10 minutes with our server walking around us checking on other tables. I had to call the server over and ask for a towel to wipe the table. And she didn't bring him another water till I asked for one. Just very bad service.
We really enjoy their pizza and salads. Especially because you can add Anchovies to salad. Atmosphere is great and service has been good
It is a good place. Finding a parking in the evening is challenging. The food was ok not all that. I expected more but overall not a fav spot I would go for pizza. I wish they had a wide selection of wine.
This is as close to a New York pizza pie you can get in these parts. Romano, mozzarella, Provolone, thick slices pepperoni and a crust baked to perfection. They should have named this place Artovino's. A New York work of art!
Food was great. Service was horrible. We had a young chubby young man waiting on us. I had to keep asking him for drink refills. I also had to ask him for plates for the pizza. He was busier at talking to the other employees. He seemed like he really didn't want to take care of us. Very disappointing.
Overall the experience was good for dinner but as far as pizza goes, it was more on the okay side. I think the pizza could be a bit more crispy since it's thin crust. The flavors were good though, especially the 4 seasons pizza. Didn't even miss the meat here. The salads were simple but also with good flavor. Nothing too special. The location seems a bit hidden but great location. Plenty of parking. It has an outside patio. Service was good but wait time for your meal is long. No issues here though but be ready to wait a minute.
Great place for dinner, Steven our waiter was great, the royal pizza was awesome, so was the lasagna, great atmosphere and music, thanks Ardivinos for a great time, we will be coming back,
We ordered two super crunchy thin crust pizzas that had very elevated, fresh ingredients, and packed a punch of flavor! I've never had pizza like this! Wow!
Always a good place to dine in or takeout. The food is always great and the service good. Plus, it won't break the bank. Very nice restaurant for the price.
Great, I love the pizza here it's tasty and good service, kind of slow the service the food takes to long, but the taste there 's no complains.
The service here SUCKS! My daughter and her friends went here for lunch time today (5/20/22) and they waited over 45 minutes and never got their food. The waiter was a chubby guy with curly hair
I’m so upset! I’ve been coming here for literally years and we placed an order for pick up. We were told it would be ready in 20-30 minutes but it was ready in 1 hour and 10 minutes. I’m so glad I checked my order before driving off because it was incomplete. It seems like their service keeps going down and their prices keep skyrocketing. More money for lower quality service.
Great pizza, very chill environment. The only thing is it really is more of a date night thing not so much full fam with kiddos.
Great food and a convenient pick up window. The garden green salad is delicious! The calzones filled with long green chile and pesto are great. Ranch is delicious too.
Ate the meat lasagna this time and it was fantastic. Very simple but tasty. I highly recommend it.
