Lindsay was very very accommodating and super professional! I love the community I've just moved from New Jersey and I am so delighted in fact elated at the apartment that I found here at aurea at 12700 Ridgeline avenue. Cedar Park New Jersey staff is delightful and helpful! And I found somewhere where I could stay for a long time! Truly satisfied, and looking forward to my time spending it here! Amenities are truly

Apartment Community was okay. But they try to rob you with move out charges. Many of my friends who moved out of these apartments also had an average of $600 move out charges.

Be sure submit a photo of every inch of the apartment when you move in to avoid some move out fines.

The communication from the leasing agents is also very unprofessional. Please stay away from it.

Update:
We were told to talk with the Billing Settlement to talk about any disputes regarding the move out charges. It has been a month since I am approaching them no response and no luck with them

Very good community, with good Amenities, if we call for any maintenance they respond very quickly. Good play Area and some open space for kids to play.

We have been living here from last 2 and half years. If we have any maintenance issues they will respond very quicly. They are very kind and generous towards the tenants. They maintains the premises very clean and neat. Our kids favorite part is swimming pool. It has a very nice view. Thank you.

We moved to Arella in August and we love it! Wonderful complex, clean area, huge dog park and big playground for kids. Also there is a little park, mini golf, and absolutely amazing Club House. I love the events that complex management make. If you are looking for new place, get a tour in Arella! You will like it

Arella Lakeline is a top-notch community. Property is very well maintained, service calls are handled within 24 hours, sometimes sooner. Great location, easily accessible to shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

The lack of communication from the office here is astounding and EXPENSIVE. I had a complex situation that required me to shift move out dates a few times, which was accommodated (and I am very grateful for), however the office’s lack of communication amongst themselves was infuriating, and everyone had a different understanding of what each month was going to cost.

Last month they tried to charge me double for rent because of a clerical error, and it was only noticed because I called in and had to argue with them that it was an error. After going back and forth with them for an hour they finally sat down and looked through the account and realized it was indeed an error on their part and credited it back.

Now, I can’t even pay rent because I submitted my payment a week ago (2 days before it was due), the online portal was showing zero balance all the way through Tuesday (2 days ago), and now all the sudden I’ve had an NSF (that my bank has no record of… and apparently there was a second one sometime months ago that though nobody ever thought to communicate to me?). I’ve now been charged an extra $325 for a late fee and I am unable to even submit another payment online and I’m out of town on work. Their solution is for me to overnight a money order to them (more cost! Yay!). All of this with absolutely ZERO communication from anyone in the office with the exception of an email this morning telling me I had 5 hours to figure it out for my online payment portal was being closed, from a no-reply email. Which I didn’t see, because I was working and based on the last time I had checked the portal, wasn’t expecting any issues (3 business days after my original payment). Calling Avenue5 also gets you nowhere and nobody can explain to me why they only had issues with my payment 6 days after it was submitted. While I realize this could be an issue on my bank side (also trying to figure it out with them) the lack of communication and a their willngness to give me 5 hours to resolve the issue with no phone call before slapping a massive fee is just flat out terrible service.

So while the grounds here are great, and the apartments are nice, know that the lack of basic communication you’d expect from a landlord will end up costing you potentially a lot of money. I’m finally moving out in 4 weeks and can only imagine how great of an experience that process will be.

Apartment amenities were good. We never got the smart features working in our 5 months stay. When I asked they said, they will setup soon, but they never did. And we had a horrible experience living in the second floor. We got so many complains from the first floor tenants for watching TV, for walking in our own apartment, for talking inside our apartment after 10. So we decided to break the lease and move out.

And they charged move out expenses for heavy cleaning, carpet cleaning and other stuff. We returned the apartment in the same way as it was given to us. So it does not matter how long you stay, be prepared to pay charges for carpet cleaning and heavy cleaning when you move out. And this is the first time we experienced that we have to pay out of pocket for bulbs and other stuff if they stop working, don't know how long they have been in the apartment. Disappointed with the move out charges!

Don't live here.
They don't enforce one rule they claim to take seriously.
The noise is excessive at early hours and late hours. Neighbors are rude, discourteous and inconsiderate.
Kids aren't supervised by their parents. There are kids literally screaming, knocking on doors and running away, and racing scooters passed you in your hallway when you're just trying to walk into your own apartment - I have personally almost gotten hit with a scooter several times trying to enter or exit my apartment with my dogs.
The property is completely littered with garbage.
There is dog poop literally everywhere - good luck not stepping in it.
It's supposed to be a smoke-free property - it's not, you can enjoy the smell of cigarettes almost anywhere you walk as well as cigarette butts all over the ground.
Everybody speeds through the property. There aren't even speed limit signs to enforce an appropriate speed limit. Cars don't slow down or stop for people walking. As the pedestrian, you need to watch out for the cars.
* Many of these issues shouldn't even exist regardless of the property management. It's the actual tenants that live here just behaving completely barbaric. There are garbage's and dog poop stations throughout the property - but most people litter and leave dog poop all over the place.
The whole place is a travesty, don't get sucked in by their big sell.

Best management that I have experienced ever! My apartment has a beautiful view of the pool and I have had no issues whatsoever regarding the management or environment in which I live in. They are always doing this to improve the community (brand new appliances of the outdoor kitchen) and it feels like I'm living at a resort! It is the first community I have lived in that allows the usage of amenities year round, and all of the appliances work! Love living here!

Do not rent here! I have been living here since October and it is the most terribly ran apartments I’ve ever experienced. The front desk staff is unresponsive and unprofessional. I’ve currently been without AC for 5 days now and it’s 84 degree in my apartment with no answer to when it may be fixed. There is not enough parking for the residents living here and like all other issues management is doing nothing to problem solve. I really don’t understand how these people still have their jobs after the dozens of the same terrible reviews. I can’t imagine anyone stays here longer than one year, I’m counting the days until my lease ends.

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with the worst apartment management I've ever encountered. Not only did they fail to meet even the most basic expectations of a property management company, but they also completely disregarded their promise of providing referral bonuses. It was an utterly disappointing and frustrating experience.

First and foremost, communication with the management team was an absolute nightmare. They were unresponsive and indifferent to tenants' concerns and inquiries. It's as if they were intentionally avoiding their responsibilities.

Now, let's talk about the so-called "referral bonuses" that were supposedly offered. This was one of the main factors that attracted me to this apartment complex initially. They advertised generous referral incentives as a way to reward tenants for bringing in new residents. However, when my friend successfully referred a me to the apartment, I was shocked to find out that the management conveniently "forgot" about the promised bonus. Repeated attempts to remind them were met with empty promises and excuses.

It's not just the broken promise that bothered me; it's the lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by the apartment management. If they are unable to fulfill their own advertised incentives, it raises serious questions about their integrity and the trustworthiness of any promises they make.

To make matters worse, the management team showed no interest in improving the addressing residents' concerns. It felt as if they were operating with complete apathy towards the well-being of the tenants. It's disheartening to see such a lack of care and professionalism from a company that should prioritize the needs and satisfaction of its residents.

In conclusion, my experience with this apartment management has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their failure to provide promised referral bonuses, combined with their abysmal communication and neglectful attitude towards resident concerns, solidifies their status as the worst apartment management I have ever dealt with. Save yourself the headache and frustration, and steer clear of this place. There are undoubtedly better-managed apartments out there that actually value their tenants and fulfill their commitments.

The apartment and management of this place are absolutely atrocious. From the moment I moved in, it's been a never-ending nightmare. The apartment itself is a dump, with broken appliances, leaky faucets, and mold-infested walls. Maintenance requests go unanswered for weeks, if they bother to show up at all. The management is completely unresponsive and dismissive of any concerns or complaints. They care more about collecting rent than actually providing a habitable living environment. The staff is rude and unprofessional, making you feel like a burden rather than a valued resident. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from this place.
