Nice, pricey things. Seems you should be able to expect someone to offer help.especially when walking around with fabric samples. Left for Crescent House.much better experience.

Beauty is really only skin deep here. Bought a Nika dining room table here, and you cannot touch that thing with it showing nicking to the underneath color. It is in our formal dining room and we have only sat at it 5-6 times and try to be very careful but every time we notice more marks. And of course they don't stand behind it.

This is the most incompetent and incapable company I have ever worked with. We're still waiting for furniture ordered in Dec (already 8 months ago). Store can't figure out when it will be ready, won't return phone calls, but wants they're deposit up front which prevents you from cancelling order. The staff is shockingly incapable. Will never ever buy anything from them again. Go shop somewhere else.

Had my sofas delivered this am after a wait of 6 months, damaged, one was ripped off on one side while the other had dirt marks at multiple places, cushions smaller than the width of the sofa with large empty space between seat and arm rest, have called twice at Arhaus but customer service hasn’t got back with me yet …. Did not expect such poor quality furniture and customer service from a store like #Arhaus which charged an arm and a leg for such low quality furniture! Would never recommend #Arhaus to anyone!

Be warned, do not buy anything here without a warranty on the finish. Paid $12k for the Palmer gray and within a couple months and very light usage the finish rubbed off (with nothing but a damp cloth) and all Arhaus would would do is tell me to repurchase the furniture. I had Ikea furniture that lasted for many years and looked great, I spent 10x on this stuff and it's garbage.

I ordered a couch December 10,2021. They said it would be 7-12 weeks for delivery. I understand supply chain are all behind these days so I wasn’t that mad when it took over six months to receive the couch. What was upsetting is they delivered the wrong couch. I have asked them to pick up the couch and refund my money. They said they won’t refund my money until they receive the couch but they have no idea when they can pick up the couch. I now have an enormous sectional couch in my entry hall for two weeks and counting

No greeters or sales people engaged us. So, we left after a quick browse. Nice pieces though. Visited on a weekend and the place was empty besides us and another couple.

Good concept, bad execution. I have bought several items from Arhaus over the years and when I started out, I was very happy. However, in recent years, things have been painfully slow and it seems that the quality has diminished. I understand that supply issues could cause things to be slow, but it should not affect the quality of the items purchased.

I recently purchased a chair. The sample of fabric I got was a dark charcoal on a light cream background. The chair I received did not match the sample! I understand that dye lots differ, but there were dark and light pieces used within the piece itself. One part of the chair is dark charcoal and another part, a lighter gray. I don’t like looking at a chair that looks as if it has faded over years when it is brand new.
You can see from the close-up I took of the seat cushion where it meets the back. It looks as if two different colors of fabric were used… And they were! Top it off, I was expecting a call to discuss the situation but nobody called.
I purchased a sofa prior to this chair and the fabric was put on part of it running a different direction than the rest of the sofa. In that case, I received a call right away and supposedly they have made a new piece for me. I’m not sure as I have not heard anything regarding delivery of that piece. Sad to say, but I am displeased with recent events.

My absolute go-to for quality! Lina and Gracey are both extremely talented and helpful! We work with clients all over the country and I choose to work with this local team because their customer service is fabulous! Arhaus offers products that I can’t typically find elsewhere and I’m excited that they are focused on the Green Initiative!

This place has lost its initial chic-ness that it once had. I was very disappointed with the lackluster display of the store's showroom pieces. Neutral beige, greys, taupe, and whites are very popular currently. The variety of sofas were hard to come by. The brick and mortar store has wonderful physical space, but the merchandising didn't catch our interest. It was discouraging in comparison to their physical catalogue.

I cannot say enough great things about our experience with Arhaus. Lena and Gracey have helped us with several projects and their attention to detail is amazing. They will always be first on my list for Furnishings for my home.

Our experience with Arhaus at the Domain was amazing! Jackie Abatecola and Gracey S.were an amazing team for our project. In the days of Covid, our building experience has been so different than usual, but Jackie and Gracey brought a joyful element into the process.

They both took their time to think through every detail and heard our every concern. We even sat at a table all together for 30 minutes mulling over how many chairs to choose for our dining table. Upon meeting Jackie, she strongly encouraged us to order as soon as possible due to delays from the pandemic as well as the storm in Texas affecting delays. This was okay with us!

We spent two long sessions curating the perfect combinations and we are both so excited for our home to be filled with the beautiful furniture chosen.

We feel confident with our selections and are so thankful we allowed for enough time to receive our order.

The Domain Arhaus was full of wonderful furniture. It was hard to decide which pieces we wanted to buy. Jazelle Echeverria was the best. She suggested accompanying pieces to go with our dining table, measured multiple dimensions for us, suggested rug swatches and fabric swatches to consider, and carried chairs downstairs so we could visualize our choices. Her promptness, attention to detail, and follow-up contacting should be noted.
