I have been going to Dr. Moser since 1988. Over the years, he has been the same. Nice, cordial, professional and passionate in his work. He actually talks to his patients and remembers details from previous conversations. The staff has the same attitude and attention to detail. Even though I am retired with no vision plan, his staff still was able to file the appropriate exams on my medical plan. My bill was almost the same as if I had a vision plan. Great people!

I have always had the best experience with them. I will not go anywhere else for my eye care. The staff is always beyond helpful and knowledgeable.

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They took very good care of my daughter, and were very patient with her learning to wear contacts.

I have been seeing Dr. Moser for at least 18 years. I always treated with courtesy and have always had excellent experiences. Dr. Moser takes time to ensure i have the best care whether it's scheduled annual exams or a problem. I highly recommend this practice.

The staff was pleasant, timely and thoroug. I am well pleased with the thoroughness of the Doctor. I highly recommend their services.

Scheduled an appointment with insurance info provided.
Show up for appointment 2 days later, receptionist says they can't find my insurance info in the system.
Call my insurance, get numbers and provide said numbers again.
Receptionist still can't find in the system.
They ask for a physical ID card (haven't received yet, new insurance) or cash payment.
I leave.
I Go home, confirm everything is correct with insurance provider and employer.

ArkLaTex Eyes, In the future I suggest calling ahead about computer system problems instead of wasting the patients time. I drove from a town over during a busy work week.

UPDATE: Went back again this year and it remains the same. From the time I walked in the door I felt sure I had chosen the right place to take care of my eye care needs. The young lady behind the desk had awesome customer service skills. The technician was equally awesome, and Dr. Moser is the best. He explained all he did and eased my worries about concerns. The young lady that helped me with my lens choice and other needs afterwards had awesome customer service skills as well. I'm telling you ArklaTex Eyes is the place to go for all your eye care needs.

Dr. Moser and his staff are excellent, helpful, caring, and competent. I have no worries about my vision health in his care.

Ark La Tex is a very good place to get your eyes examined. The atmosphere is very calming and it just makes you feel relaxed. Very friendly, courteous staff, quick check in and they're new to my insurance network. Karron was very thorough in my pre-assessment (we joked that we're not real Karens) Dr Moser, who was absolutely great with explaining the depths of my eye exam. I was late to my appointment but they still got me in and the Dr was nice and friendly she took her time and made sure all my questions were answered I didn't just feel like a customer I felt like a friend or family member. This is hard to find now days and I really enjoyed it.
