Arlington Gastroenterology Services: Hamid Kamran, MD, FACG reviews
16I had a great experience with this place! Overall it was very professional and they answered all my questions. My only “hiccup” was a small miscommunication with the front desk. Other than that I had a great experience!
Dr Kamran performed a EDRP and did a great job. He as so caring. The staff at Mansfield Methodist are wonderful. I didn’t know about Dr Kamran until I needed this procedure. So glad I did
The Dr. Is very good at his job and explains things so you can understand. The only problem I found was I had an appointment at 2 pm. I got there 15 min.early and waited to be called back for 45 min. So it's 2: 30 when I'm placed in a room and he didn't appear until 3: 15. I understand he's busy but his time isn't worth more than mine or anyone else's.
The staff was courteous and friendly. I am impressed that Dr Kamaran takes time speaking with you and answering your questions.
Dr Karman is a great doctor. He explains your conditions and is honest. I have been his patient for years. He is very knowledgeable, honest, compassionate and I highly recommend Dr Karman.
I agree with the last post from Luis. Dr Kamran is amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and straight to the point. His office staff on the other hand, not so much. My referral paperwork was sent to Hot Springs, Arkansas with a STAT request. Hot Springs called me to tell me about it a few weeks later. I didn’t get in for my referral appointment til a month later! I called Dr Kamrans office 4x and left messages and no one would call me back. Once I finally got ahold of someone, I had to explain everything all over again. As much as I liked Dr Kamran, I will not deal with his office anymore.
This place is the worst. They can't even be bothered to answer the phone. On a weekday. At any point during the day. How are they still in business?
He is a Good Doctor and very caring and clean office. New staff very young people but they are caring to.
Dr Kamram is very knowledgeable in his field and helped answer all my questions. My issue with this place is that 90% of the time when I call I can NEVER get a hold of anyone. And when I leave a voicemail to let them know to give me a call back they never do. Never been so frustrated about having to call someone to get some answers.
I was late for my appointment, but the front office was awesome and I was in the room within 2 minutes. Dr. Kamron gave me his full attention and I am pretty complicated. Thank you!
My appointment was set for 1: 15p, I was not sent to exam room until 1: 40p. My visit with Dr Kamran was quick and simple 5stars! My procedure was scheduled and prescription sent to Walgreens. Went to pick up prescription, no record of it being submitted. Called and spoke to Practice Manager who stated prescription was resent. Back to Walgreens and no record of prescription being submitted. Contacted Practice Manager again, once again she said prescription was sent. Walgreens still had no prescription! Drove back to doctor’s ofc on 6/27/23, receptionist checked my records and assured me the prescription was sent. Drove back to Walgreens and they did receive prescription. My initial appointment was on 6/19/23.
Dr Kamran is always very thorough and takes time with his patients. He is very knowledgeable. I’ve been going to Dr Kamran for 21 years.
Both my husband and I have been seen by Dr Kamren for years now and had procedures done by him. We had great experiences everytime!
It was an okay experience. The staff is nice but it could be more professional. Whoever answers the phone for appointments could use training in how to speak to patients.
Efficient, not hurried with Dr. Time, and no excessive wait time after scheduled appointment time.
Let's be honest. No one wants to get a colonoscopy. Having colon cancer run in my family means I'm at higher risk of having it myself. This means screening needs to be done. I've had a couple now and can honestly say I wish I had found Dr. Kamran sooner. He really makes you feel comfortable talking about the issues at hand. He's very knowledgeable and his follow-up is great.
