This place is a good spot to look for your first bike everybody was friendly and very helpful with me to get my first bike Yamaha mt-03. Robert was quick to set up my bike same day and Victoria gave me the right numbers I wanted to hear, both very professional recommend to anyone looking for a motor vehicle they have plenty of options.

Easy and fast, went in and rode out and new bike! Very helpful, friendly, and understanding when I didn't understand something or wanted more options/opinions! One stop shop I picked up gear while I was there. Victoria Mondragon was the main person assisting me definitely go see her if looking for anything you wont regret it!

Ok so full transparency I was asked to leave a review. That said I did have a pretty dang good experience here. I called to see if they would be interested in purchasing my bike. They gave me a rough estimate and I went ahead and brought it over to get a real number.

Everyone there was genuinely nice. Nothing seemed fake and no one was like talking my ear off or anything. I did end up selling my bike to them and it was a really easy process. I already know the “dealer” experience and it tends to suck. Dealers try to get your money and I mean that’s just their job. But I didn’t really get that feel. It was just realistic and pretty calm. Glad I went in today.

Great group of people there. Thanks for the Vmax Manuel Robert. Especially going out of your way and time to hunt down those replacement lights.

I highly recommend Arlington Motorsports as a resident of Nashville TN. I bought a Vespa and was assisted and oriented by Mitch, Casie and Anthony. They were very kind and professional. Casie brought the Vespa to my home and Anthony gave me a couple of riding lessons. In the end, we took a selfie together. They made me feel like part of a family. Kudos to Arlington Motors for providing such a wonderful experience. Now I'm off on my beautiful Vespa!

These guys did a great job of a radiator flush with polyethylene glycol. Engine running much cooler now.

I called to get pricing to program a key on a new Outlander and was told $40.
I arrived at the service dept and Wayne Graff the service manager with a terrible attitude told me it was $115. I tried to reason with him to no avail. I talked to a parts guy in front of him and asked for the pricing, he said $60.
So again, I tried to reason with him because of the conflicting info. Nothing made him change his mind and his attitude did towards me did not improve. So I paid for the key and Yes, you made a buck today, but lost a customer for life. Will never set foot on that store again.

My second time dealing with Arlington Motor Sports, both times I’ve dealt with Robert and had fantastic service. I highly recommend taking your business here.

This is my second time to purchase a dirtbike from Arlington Motorsports and once again it did not disappoint. Robert, our salesperson made the entire buying process simple and hassle-free. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative.
The finance lady was very professional and had all paperwork done in an efficient and timely manner.
This purchase could not have gone more smoothly. It was definitely worth the drive from Tyler. I highly recommend this dealership.

Worst customer service ever. I brought my Seadoo to get repaired a little over a month ago, I paid for the diagnostic just for them to replace a part that didn’t even fix the issue. I bring it back explaining to them that they could diagnose it again with out charging me the diagnostic fee or they could give me my money back and I would take it to get looked at elsewhere. They decided to take a second look and claimed to fix the issue when asked how much I owed for parts & labor as I am wide aware that I still need to pay for such services they let me know nothing was owed. Well a couple weeks later I am getting ready to go the lake with the family and to my surprise I noticed something wasn’t put back in place properly so I bring it back and the mechanic wants to take it so personally he decided the best way to take care of the situation was to start screaming in my face using profanity, blaming me for their mistake saying that I was just “assuming things”. I asked to speak to someone higher then him and was told that I would need to pay for them to put the part back in place! Money isn’t the issue here but who in the right mind will pay a business to fix their own mistakes. Definitely will not be returning!

Great customer service. SOLD MY BIKE. Robert was great downtown to earth & easy to work with! Will come back to buy another bike for sure!

I stopped in yesterday on my way home which was an hour away and Byron was such a huge help. Lost a couple fairing bolts and he was able to get me put back together so not only I didn’t lose it but made it back home in one piece. Appreciate that help
