I read the previous reviews which made us very nervous. There was absolutely nothing derogatory to say about this office. They were professional, friendly and Kimberly, who performed the sonogram, was informative and all around awesome. The parking pretty much sucks but that’s not their fault lol.

If zero was a score, I got to my appointment 10 minutes before waited 1 hour to be seen. Waited 1 hour for a sono tech. I couldn't see the screen. She said a few things. She couldn't see gender. Okay. It happens but didn't really try other areas to see anything. Whole time I can't see anything. Sends me one pic. I have no idea what I am looking at. Doc comes in says good, see you in 5 weeks. This was all due to scheduling two people ahead of me last minute. Reschedule me.it is better than i waste my time. Money grab bye. I am over 1 hr late for work. Check out ask if I want receipt I say no. Waiting to sign their copy. Someone is printing a million pages. Ask to email me receipt. I said already said I didn't want mine. Then asks if I got a schedule, no, you are supposed to do it. I am angry that I am crying. I say email my appointment and leave. Still no email. If I get an appointment probably will cancel and beg my obgyn to refer me elsewhere. Waste Someone else's time.
Also Dr. Will be rude if you ask if it nessary to keep appointments even if everything is fine.

I visited the office in suite #304 on 08/30/2023 my experience was nothing short of great. From the front desk staff to the doctor. I was a new patient and had to fill out paperwork not very much and waited no longer than 20-25 minutes after paperwork. The sonographer Kimberly was very sweet and answered all of my questions, she also was very detailed and made sure she announced what she was snapping pictures of and/or what she was measuring when it came to the baby. Some of it looked like chicken scratch to me but was easily identifiable by Miss. Kimberly. I was a bit nervous of coming here after my OB referred me and I read the reviews, but I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. I’d only complain about the parking. Please note there are other suites in the building and quick access parking is limited!

This office SUCKS! I should’ve looked at the reviews before I even booked my appt. They called me 4 days before my appt to cancel my appt and not even ask me if that works for my schedule. I took off the ENTIRE day cause the Dr only does these appt’s at 11am on a Friday. A total waste of time!
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere and anywhere else!

Avoid a bad experience in this place, they make you wait a long time, one of the nurses has a terrible way of speaking, very unprofessional, and very unfriendly, really look for a better place.

2.) Front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional
3.) incredible wait time
4.) playing music throughout the office? So loud that we could hear it during the ultra sound. Nothing says finding out the gender with Miley Cyrus blaring outside the door
5.) Ultrasound tech didn’t listen to us
6.) Doctor was nice, but something felt off

Don’t go here. I would have rather found out the gender at birth then have gone here

and they don’t answer their phones:)

If I could give no stars I would. Completely unprofessional office. My appointment was at 2pm today. I showed up to an empty waiting area with my mom at 1: 55 pm. I had already completed all of my paperwork prior to arrival. I NEVER went to the back for mr ultrasound. After waiting an 1 and 20 minutes the front desk clerk informed me it would be another 30 -40 minutes before I would be seen.
She suggested rescheduling the appointment and I declined. I will NEVER return to this office. They do not respect their patient’s time.
