601 N. Davis Drive Arlington, Tx. The guy who owns the house Jason is crippled and he hides behind that to be one of the biggest dope dealers in DFW.
This has got to stop.

The background check section is so inhuman. I arrived at 1101, they close at 1100, they had me wait in the lobby until the next time they open at 2pm. I waited until 2pm. Even after waiting for all these time, they didn't seem.to care, they were too slow in everything.

These guys are completely worthless. Right, my parked car gets hit, and it's my fault. My fault the guy refused to give contact info, insurance info, and drivers license info. I tracked the guy down, called the police probably 7 times, emailed twice, and nothing happens for three weeks, but it's my fault? I get why people hate cops.

I’m trying to get an update but I thank the officer Viramontes and the detectives that I spoke to for the comfort that it gave me to know that others cared about my grandson in Texas when his parents thought because he was a child there was no need to investigate. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

I have temporary custody of my kids and this police department got my kids and gave them back to my ex wife. Even though i have a signed temporary order from a judge. Then when I went to the station sgt. Depoina kicked me out of the station. Now I have to go look for more kids so my ex don't leave the state or country.

I've got an accident in Arlington in Arlington a month ago. I have say a thank you to police officer Rafel Robles. He and his partner, a lady police officer but I'm not sure about her name, are very respectful and very helpful. They are one of the best police that I've ever met.

On wed June 27 I got into a car accident. This lady hit me on my drivers side. 2 Arlington Police officers came out (1female and 1male) and got my car towed due to no ins. I explained My husband had just started a new job a few weeks before and we were working on it. They still didn't care they kicked me and my 4 children ages 4,5,11 and 12 to walk home in 100 degree weather. I asked both if we could at least get a ride due to temp so high and I had all 4 of my kids. They refused. When I got home my youngest was throwing up of dehydration. I am so upset with Arlington I feel instead of helping they made my situation worse. I got hit and they let other lady go and made me 4 children and I to walk. We pay taxes also. I'm so disappointed in Arlington. If my kids were left in a hot car id go to jail but what when the Arlington police leaves a mother a small children to walk in 100 degree weather what then is that ok? I dont think so.

Officers continually park on business driveways up and down division waiting to pull people over. This doesn't bother me except for the fact that they park in the way of oncoming traffic; it's an accident waiting to happen. Also, I've seen officers "jumping" from parking lot to parking lot by driving down the wrong side of the road. Arlington's officers need to realize that they are not above the law and that their actions are putting people's safety at risk.

I have had encounters with the police department twice since I've lived here. On one occasion a police officer doing 70 miles an hour in a 35 nearly hit me and charged me with failure to yield to an emergency vehicle he had no lights on. The City of Arlington did not want to even review the video. Shame on you City of Arlington for hiring uncompassionate and egotistical officers, Protecting and serving their own interest.

Getting fingerprints done for passports was as simple and painless as possible. The lady doing the fingerprint process is an expert and very friendly.

By far the worst police dept ever.
My car was stolen from Arlington tx, and found in Dallas the next day and impounded.
I waited a week to finally hear from Dallas impound because the responding Arlington policeman never entered the car as stolen.
The impound told me there was no report on my vin # and I owed fees!

Then my son was struck in the head by a lady angry becausr he threw a toy and hit her eye. Her daughter was the daycare girl and she would stand around talking to her taking attention away from the kids. This occurred at Elsie Odom center.my 3 yr old was so upset a stranger popped him, he threw up.
He told me what happened and we made a police report. We never heard from anyone after that. Noone investigated the lady. The elzie odom daycare girl was moved though. Also the lady who hit him was a Arlington school bus driver.

This department is terrible. Maybe this is why crime is out of hand in their city. Grand prairie police are way better but crime is not as terrible here.

Very professional Arlington officer gave me a ticket today & I deserved it for not paying attention & speeding. He was doing his job! I appreciated his courtesy, and didn't take long, and spoke kindly to me. Stay safe APD!

My car get broken into and these guys couldn't even get any suspect from all the fingerprints the thief left in and around my car, what makes you guys capable of catching an apt package thief? They are very good at mailing you a traffic violation ticket though but they couldn't even give me a call and say there is no suspect. Well They Say Serve N Protect but we are just getting served with tickets.

I've lived in Arlington for 41 years, same house. Have had several dealings with the Arlington PD, and even when the circumstances were unpleasant (our kids in trouble, me getting traffic tickets, etc, the APD officers have been 100% professional and courteous. I have also worked alongside APD officers in volunteer positions (notably in the AAngels program) at Roquemore Elementary School), working with at-risk students, and found them to be wonderful with the kids, empathetic, encouraging, and friendly. The kids all loved our APD officers, and all the volunteers knew the APD officers were unsung heroes.

I say, God bless the officers who serve us so well in the APD.
