Marin the manager is absolutely so nice and helpful. I had ordered a color tray and when I opened it it was broken. I came back a couple days later to try to replace. Unfortunately they did not have any trays left at that store. But Martin was nice enough to call another store to make sure that I could get my tray right away. I absolutely love this store. Everyone is so nice and helpful.:)
The sales woman (older lady) was very rude & unprofessional. I was shopping with my 2 kids for a few minutes (grabbing hair color) & one of my kids who is on the spectrum, moved a few of the hair colors and as I went over to fix what he did, she approached my son & told him that he needed to learn to not touch everything. I confronted her & asked her to calm down and clearly I fixed the problem and nothing should’ve been said to my child. She needs to be let go, they had a man there and a different young lady and they were great.
Always a great experience here especially when dealing with the manger Martin who is always so helpful.
