I’ve lived here for about 4 months now - and it’s been great!

The leasing team is awesome. Krysti has come in clutch with her help when I was out of town, definitely going above and beyond.

Also, shout out to the maintenance team. I’ve had a few small requests that have (three) all been solved in less than 24 hours.

Love living here! Kevin and the maintenance team are incredible at solving all of your needs and providing great customer service along the way.

I've lived here for only a week and my car has already been stolen out of the garage. Don't recommend living here as there aren't any garage cameras to catch incidents like this: (

Great spot! From the leasing office to maintenance, always stress free and easy going. Shoutout to Kevin the service manager who is always quick to help with any issues I have with my apartment!

We just renewed our lease at Arpeggio and love it. It’s in a prime spot and extremely safe. That said, our experience was not only enhanced but truly made by Krysti, who’s the heart and soul of this complex. She constantly goes out of her way to make sure residents are happy and content. Krysti deserves the world!

We toured Arpeggio a year ago and liked it, but we were truly sold on the experience by Krysti. Now, on year 2 of living here we couldn’t be happier. We feel like part of a community, which sounds cliche but couldn’t be more true. It starts on day 1 of residents being welcomed here by Krysti to where everyone is extremely nice and inviting to one another. We love living here, and we love Krysti for all the amazing work she does

I just moved in and it’s been great so far! I’ve had an amazing experience with the staff, Jerry helped me through the moving process and he was super friendly and helpful.

Let's just say it's so nice, that I had to do it twice. I recently moved BACK to the Arpeggio after about four years. A huge part of that is due to the amazing level of customer service and care from the leasing team. Krysti and Jerry truly care about the experiences of residents and future residents. The management team truly makes this place feel like home. I appreciate the communication and willingness to support no matter how big or small the ask. If you are big on customer service, this place is unmatched!

Do not live here. A few things stand out. One the elevators consistently have dog urine in them as well as the carpets in the common areas are consistently dirty.

Next they will boot your car even if you are on the parking plan and the resolution becomes a credit on the next month statement that isn't added unless you call again.they also did not share with me the reasoning behind my moveout fees. I called multiple times and sent a few emails.apparently both the individuals I was working with have "left the company" so after hearing nothing for a little I was then sent to collections. The collections team made me pay immediately day of after already accruing 100 dollars in interest after never being notified that I was even going in that direction.when I called and asked them why I was sent to collections, Mark the new manager said "we don't have to tell you and you should have done your due diligence"

I love living at Arpeggio! The staff has been so helpful over the past 3 months, even for recommendations for restaurants or things to do in the area. I moved here alone and they’ve eased so much of my anxiety by being friendly and welcoming. Jerry, Danielle, and Krysti host the best events that help me meet my neighbors and have fun at home, and Andreas is amazing on the grill!

Glad I scheduled to tour Arpeggio. What a great location to downtown Dallas and the Apts are very nice! Mark was great and very helpful with showing me an apartment. He said if you lived here, you’d already be home, made my laugh! I’ll definitely be renting!

Beautiful property with lots of fantastic amenities. Took a wonderful tour with Mark and really look forward to calling Apreggio my home.

Visiting Dallas for the weekend and stayed here. Was greeted by the staff and friendly manager Danielle. It was such a lovely property and in a very nice location. Will love to stay here again.

I just would like to say if anyone is looking to call a place home where the staff is amazing and make you feel at home and are kind and helpful. This is the community for you. The community manager as well was very helpful when I had questions which was very helpful coming from Southern California. Her attention to customer service also shows all the way down to her leasing team who made my leasing experience very smooth again with my long distance move. Again cannot recommend this community enough.

I’ve been living here for the past two years and the time came to renew my lease, once again it was a no brainer. The staff is kind and always there to help. From maintenance all the way to the office staff and community manager Danielle, they’ve made it so much easier to make my decision to stay. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Avoid this apartment at all costs! The management is terrible and there are no rules when it comes to the pool. There are people at the pool SCREAMING 7 days a week most hours of the day which typically goes on til around 11pm at night. No rules enforced whatsoever and CLEARLY people coming in who are not residents from bad areas. I have witnessed multiple people having sex in this pool from my apartment window and many other things too repulsive to be discussed. Children and teens are out of control constantly screaming, running, and cussing at full volume all hours of the day. Hands down one of the most run down and unattended apartment in all of Dallas. I am a paying resident and can’t even use my own amenities. DO NOT CONSIDER LIVING HERE.

I can’t say enough positive things about Krysti, Kevin, Dre, and the rest of the Arpeggio team. It’s been such a joy living at Arpeggio and a lot of it has to do with the way the building is ran and maintained. Thank you for all that each of you do on a daily basis, it doesn’t go unnoticed!

I’ve really enjoyed living here! I’ve been here almost two years, and can’t wait to sign my lease again. The location is perfect. There’s games across the street, restaurants, cafes, gyms, public transportation, the Katy trail, bars, and Tom Thumb. I never really drive, it’s great. I would say the only downside is there’s no rooftop terrace or anything and guests have to drive all the way to the top every time they visit. I feel like a roof terrace would take this place to another level!

Juan did a GREAT job troubleshooting the leak under the kitchen sink and repairing the problem disposal quickly and was very friendly. Thanks Juan!
