This shop was recommended by a friend. Call them prior to see what the wait time was. Was told for a o-ring job they could have to done being they bring a guy in to make extra cash so it shouldn’t take long. Called them prior to dropping my cylinder head off. Called weekly to check on the status so I could keep my mechanic in the loop being my truck was tying up a stall waiting for the head to be completed. I called Arrow on 17th of Aug and they assured me that my head was on the machine and would be completed by Thur or Fri. I asked them if I could pick up the head on Sat and I was told yea it would be ready. I arrived at the machine shop Saturday around 10: 30am to see my head still sitting on the machine and was told it would not be completed Saturday but MAYBE Monday. My head has been at the marching shop for almost 3 weeks and from what I was told Saturday my head had been placed on the the machine and taken off several times. Scott never returned any call or when I was at the shop couldn’t even get on the phone and talk to me. The other guy that had to deal with me being pissed after my times had been wasted was tipped for at least having the guts to talk to me. Yeah I’m pretty pissed to know my head was on the machine numerous times for it to be taken off to perf work for someone else. I could have gotten the head O-Ring cheaper then the 625 I was quoted but I chose Arrow due to my friends recommendation. These reviews are accurate as far as not returning calls and not getting jobs done or even attempting to. Never again will I waste my time even if I have to drive to Houston or even Dallas. People wonder why so many refuse to shops local.

We had to make 3 trips out to pick up the work they did. Due to miss labeling of parts, the wrong name put on. But it all worked out in the end. Have used before very pleased with work. Explained all work done, fair prices. Will use again in the rebuilding process.

Left $2,200.00 deposit for a 2JZ Winberg billet crankshaft and after five months of waiting he sent me one he had on the shelf. After receiving the crankshaft I had my machinist (45 years experience) inspect it, and we discovered that the tapped threads on the flange that bolt the flywheel on were tampered with. I made Scott aware of the situation and he tried to deny the problem. The only reason I received my deposit back is because I still owed him the remaining balance and I had the tampered with crankshaft. Well, about the time this issue came up Winberg completed the crankshaft I originally ordered and asked Scott if he could just exchange the crankshafts? He said that Winberg didn’t have one done, when in fact they did because I spoke to them and I informed Winberg that in fact the crankshaft they just finished was originally for me. He did return my deposit and I gave him back his crankshaft, but he tried to sell me a defective crankshaft. Scott is a completely dishonest and untrustworthy individual. I will add that the Callie’s billet crankshaft I purchased had tighter tolerances than the one Scott tried to rip me off on. I don’t think it was Winberg that created the problem it was Scott. My machinist believes someone ran the improper tap in the threads, which ultimately opened the tolerances up. Not something to ignore on a 2000+hp 2JZ.

I will say that this happened a little over a year ago, and I’ve been meaning to write this review on this clown, but I’ve been so busy taking care of my customers. I have the video to prove our findings, but I can only add pictures.
