Jason was so courteous and professional he told me every step that he did and showed me how to light my heater if ever I needed to. I most definitely will use them again and I highly recommend ARS Rescue Rooter.

When I made the appointment I asked if the coupon was still good $83 Drain cleaning. They said it was good and didn't tell me that it was not good on Sat or Sun. Tech got here at 3: 54pm and had appointment at 8 to 10 this morning and no word. I called and did another one for 11 to 1. Now the Tech Jack said they don't do the $83 on week ends. He talked yo Mgr even though he was here and said they would be here tomorrow morning at 830 am. Didn't make any sense to me but the Mgr and Tech Jack would not make any exceptions. John Weaver. Then got a trip fee and said the machine was broke. WHY DID HE COME HERE KNOWING HIS MACHINE WAS BROKE. YOU OFFICE CALLED ME AND Said there would not be a fee. Nicole is very good at customer service. Give her 1 out of 10 a 10 outstanding but your Tech Jack a 1I called Evelyn 11.15.23 at 921am and left msg and here it is 9.20.23 and have not heard from her

Called early this morning for drainage issue and they could send someone the same day. Zach showed up early within the scheduled timeframe. He was courteous and he explained the process well. Once the clogged drain problem got resolved Zach verified by inserting the drainage camera through the pipe. He also mentioned about 30-day warranty for this service. I’ll use this company service again if another problem arises.

The employees were very honest on time and hard-working people.
Dale is an excellent plumber and very knowledgeable person I enjoyed working with them when I need Plumbing definitely this company is my choice and also I will recommend to anybody who needs plumbing company.thanks again

Good Job! The Hot Water Heater installation service was done in a very professional manner.

After some scheduling snafus the plumber came out and did a great job. Andrew was very professional and respectful of my time. Got to see my pipes and what was going on down the main and the general health of our plumbing. Discussed items we may want to think about going forward but not a ton of pressure. Definitely recommend. We have had another plumber out on multiple occasions and this was definitely nicer, cheaper and faster than our usual company.

I used you before and you guys were awesome. So I called you up again. I just moved and the toilets were not very good ones so I purchased two new ones and Miguel Jaimez put them in for me. Amazing! Very Fessional. Very very friendly very knowledgeable, all-around amazing man. He knows his plumbing. I will use you again. Thank you

Arrived and had my problem fixed within the window of time they gave me on a Sunday! Jack was friendly and courteous, explained everything before he did it, and within a reasonable price. I was very happy with the quality of service

Our experience with the service was not good we never got a recite or email on recite and there was damage inside pipes ge showed us and said he would give us a print out he never did that I called requesting a recite he was very slow send me the information he said he was going to give us thanks

I cannot respond to the quality or value just yet. Daniel and Zares were professional in their conduct and communication. We chose the Essency E55R which is a hybrid type water heater. Installers were unprepared to install this unit as it was new to them. I would recommend having someone who is versed on this unit and is completely familiar with it do the installation because the customer will have questions, as I did, that could not be answered. This is by no means a reflection on the installers as they did a fabulous job. I am in the process of reviewing functionality and input as they couldn’t explain it since it was new to them, too.
Update 11/9/23: I spoke with Evelyn at ARS Rescue Rooter. She introduced me to James Jr.who does installation services. As I mentioned earlier this unit is new to all of us. James Jr.addressed the need for awareness of the clean out kit portion of the installation for the E55R hybrid. This kit must be installed for proper maintenance of the unit and to prevent any warranty issues resulting from a lack of proper maintenance. Arrangements have been made, and agreed upon, to resolve this detail oversight. Evelyn was quick to respond and take appropriate action by staying in touch and involving a professional in James Jr.to reach this resolution. I will highly recommend if you’re experiencing a Plumbing or Water Heater problem that you give ARS Rescue Rooter a call. They do more than this, so look them up for additional services like AC, Heating, Drains, and Insulation, too.

We had a monster CLOG.it caused a backup of nasty water to flow into the toilet and tub and even the laundry line couldn't send water out but only into the tub.so we work for three days to unstop the clog, that was somewhere below the toilet, in the main sewer line under the house.we wanted to give up. But ARS/RESCUE ROOTER Saved us! The monster clog was no match and down the drain it went! ARS even gave us a special and boy we were so thankful! Their Technician, Zachary Mixon was Very professional and kind and he knew what to do. He even ensured us that he Would have no problem in getting the job done!
And it was on a weekend too.the other plumbing services wanted to charge more! Thank you for everything ARS, YOUR THE BEST!
