I was looking for an AC quote and was hesitant to use ARS because of a bad experience when they came to add insulation to my attic. Ralph TURNED AROUND my impression. He arranged for ARS to address the deficiencies in the service from 3 years ago. And he gave an honest assessment of my current AC condition - he did not try to oversell. VERY IMPRESSIVE!

Technician was extremely knowledgeable. Explained all item done. Explained if there was an option or upgrade. Yemi was very pleasant and knowledgeable and came up with the solution needed.

I had a soft clog and I had a technician, Cass, come out late at almost 8pm. Managed to get the clog clear within 10-15 minutes and it ran me $69 which feels like a pretty decent and fair price. Did exactly what I needed and didn't try to upsell me on anything which was nice. Overall not an unpleasant experience.

Very knowledgeable and professional. He was not pushy or anything easy to talk. Like talking to family. We weren't able to get the deal done due to my wife not being home o aogn paper but he took the time to come nack at 6pm when she got off work and was able to have it done the next day

Late yesterday afternoon I went to Home Depot in Conroe, TX, for a water heater. This afternoon I have hot water. I had not yet left the parking lot when ARS called to schedule an inspection. The installer, Herman Leon, and coworker Chris, were extremely polite and professional, even returning to the store because they sent the wrong model.

Jose Peregrino came for a 6 month checkup of my HVAC system. He was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and offered many suggestions to improve my set up. I appreciate all his help and input.

Brandon Turner came to my home on Saturday, December 29th for an
electrical issue I was having. Brandon explained everything to me for
me to have a better understanding of an issue that really didn't exist. Now
I know what to look for and how to handle the situation in the future. Brandon was very professional and helpful.

I was surprised that a plumber was available on Christmas Eve, of all days! Nonetheless our technician, Jimmy was punctual, knowledgeable & was forthright with any potential issues that were in question while replacing/installing our new garbage disposal. I would most definitely recommend.

I was impressed with Eric and his crew Javier and Mou. They did what they had to and got the job done. They were very respectful, friendly and helpful and answered questions and made sure we got to see the work before they left. I would recommend them to anyone who need work done.

Polite, courteous, checked things out. Talked about what could make things better. Made sure the area was clean around the stairs that go to the attic.

Steve J.was very thorough and did a great job on my furnaces. Honest technician - he offered improvement suggestions but did not catastrophize anything so I'd spend more money. I look forward to him coming back to perform my Spring tune-ups.

Chuong V did a great job of detecting the problem with our AC/heat unit and did not leave until the problem was fixed. We have had 2 previous employees come out and could not solve the problem. I am very happy with Choung's performance and recommend him to anyone that needs help.

Steve completed a thorough review of my AC/Heating system and, although nothing was immediately needed, he took the time to offer his assessment of the current status of the system and to offer considerations of improving my system in the future. Further he took the time to explain why he made his suggestions.

The visit went off as perfectly as I could have hoped. The technician gave updates on arrival time, treated me fairly and went out of his way.

Chris Breazell is a professional. Work (cleaning main drain) was done quickly and he never tried to push for extra services not needed. He explained in details the situation and acknowledged my inputs. I highly recommend ARS.

Technician went over all details of job quotation thoroughly. Answered all questions I had to 100% clarity.
