I attempted to pay a bill and the money order was returned I called the number on the bill and my call was restricted

Threatened to ruin my credit due to a medical bill that is not mine. RUDE and VERY curt in their tone. Manager had the same "Pay for this or else" attitude. I have turned this over to an attorney and advised them any further contact shall be construed as harassment. Do not tolerate their calls.

I received a collection bill from ARSTAT with my name and address, however the medical service I was being billed for was for someone I had never heard of, from a hospital in a state I have never been to. When I told the rep that I had never heard of the person whose medical care I was being billed for, her response was, “ you just verified your name, address and phone number, but now you’re telling me you aren’t that person”. I told her the letter did come to my address, so yes I verified my address, and the bill has my name on it, but the person who had the medical service is not a dependent on my insurance and I have never heard of this person. The rep then wanted to give me his birthdate, I told her I did not know the person. She said, “maybe I would know him if I had the birthdate”. Well amazingly she told me the birthdate and I still don’t know him. I asked her how to get my name off this debt collection, she told me to send a copy of my I. D. I asked her how sending a copy of my I. D.was going to help, since it isn’t going to tell her who my dependants are. She became rude and basically told me to do what she said. I called the hospital who sent the bill to collection, and their representative said the person responsible for the bill had the same name, but a different address in a different state, she had no idea where ARSTAT would have gotten my address, phone number and last 4 of my social. Called ARSTAT again, spoke to a different rep, she could not explain how they got my info, but did admit she had a 2nd completely different address and would forward this case to their investigation division. She also stated she had no idea why their rep I spoke with the first time would ask for my I. D.to be sent, that would not help at all. Hopefully this is the end of the ridiculousness.

Keep calling, you blood-sucking parasites. You're not getting a dime from me so good luck with that.

Tried to call multiple times and received the message that they're closed and to call during normal business hours, but they don't state those hours, and it's 8: 11 AM in Texas as I write this.

I tried the additional numbers on their web site, and the only one that actually picked up was an automated message for the receptionist that the voicemail is full. What kind of clown car operation are they running?

I work in human resources and had an employee bring in a collections notice from Arstrat. The employee had received services at an out-of-network hospital and the hospital was trying to charge him the difference between what the insurance carrier paid and what they charged. We're in California and this is ILLEGAL. It's called balance billing and it's outlawed by the No Surprises act. When the employee called Arstrat to remedy the collections, they were rude and laughed at my employee. Thankfully, the law is on our side and we got the last laugh. Terrible customer service!

A gal calls, tells me she is recording calls, starts asking me to verify who I am. I tell her, first you, I know who I am. I ask her who is she and what do they do? She hangs up.

I wish I could give them negative score. Bunch of scammers. Rude, stupid staff. Absolutely have know no idea how to work. Unable to provide accurate, straight and correct answer. Nasty attitude. Totally trash people.

These people are scam artists, who harass me with incessant phone calls, claiming I owe $150 to Apria. Apria is worse than useless in resolving this. I think the people being scammed by this outfit need to institute a class action lawsuit.

Received a medical bill for care from a lab I've never been too, very clever way to make money! Do not pay the bills call the original creditor to verify!

Has been calling my phone number for days and turns out I’m not even the person they needed to reach. Was super rude when I picked up the phone and asked them why I was asking questions?

Very unprofessional, I asked for additional information such as what was the service for which I'm being billed.
And the lady just hung up on me.

These people are scam artists. They have been calling me several times a day claiming I have an outstanding $150+ debt from 2021 for a piece of medical equipment. The only problem with that story is I have an invoice in hand from the original provider that shows it was paid in full by the insurance company. This is also not to mention the original amount on the invoice was only $57, so where did they get this $150+ amount?

I'd be cautious about giving this predatory company a penny. The chances are likely to exist that you don't actually owe anything, and they're banking on you not knowing you don't have a debt or not having records to back up your claims and giving them money anyway.

Dignity Health Urgent Care - Highland

The clowns above tried to charge me close to $500 for a covid test. I waited outside for 3 hours and once I got in they said I had to pay $250 due to no insurance. I said no thanks and walked out. They sent me a bill to charge me for waiting outside I guess.been over a year now these clowns are trying to collect. I called many times during there "business hours" and company is "currently closed" I will not pay them just wanted to let them know.
