The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The doctor and the nurse practitioner take the time to explain the process with getting the injection and what to expect afterwards. A brace and physical therapy is offered as well. I highly recommend.

I am genuinely excited about my treatment At Arthritis Pain and Knee Center! First the office is always neat and tidy. The young ladies in the office genially greet everyone with a genuine smile like they have been waiting to see and meet only you. Even at 4: 45 in the afternoon which was when I had my first appt. Those young ladies were kind and caring and focused on me. They treated EVERYONE THAT WAY! They checked out my Medicare benefits and did all the paper work for me. I only needed to sign the papers that were require my Medicare. On That day! My first day they started treatment! (They did ask if I wanted to make I did!) So once a week I go and I will go for 6 weeks. However, I’m seeing improvement! It’s not instant, and it’s been a gradual process. I’ve always told my three children growing up that The best thing in life is worth working for and making it work gradually. I like that I’m feeling results and noticing a difference. If you’re not ready to go under the knife just yet to fix the knee problem, please, may I strongly suggest that you allow Arthritis pain and Knee center look at it. What do you have to loose, the first consultation is free. Get “ back in the Game Baby”.

I have definitely had wonderful service during my visits each and every time. The knee is progressing very well.

Everything was great except their front office staff. They kept us waiting one time for hours. They are very unprofessional. The actual doctors and their back office staff are AMAZING. My suggestion would be they clean up their front staff and then they would get 5 stars.

Very professional, but kind and friendly staff. Especially the doctors administering the injections, very smooth. All in all, a great experience.

Since I started my treatment I began to feel a very notable improvement, the pain in my knees decreased little by little and I only have one more session left and I finish the treatment and the change is very favorable.

Dr. Flores is a teaching phenom! He's there on Tuesdays. Love the work of the physical therapist and her assistant.

Dr. Flores is the best doctor. He knows what he is doing. Not only he is knowledgeable about his profession but he is also so personable. I enjoyed showing up not just to get treatments on my knees but talk about his family and what I wanted to share my personal stories with him. This also included Nurse Maria! She was meant to be in her nurse profession. She is the best nurse I have had the pleasure of being nursed to, if that is an appropriate phrase. Lol
Also, the receptionist Ms. Nelly, awesome and so so personable. She has such an upbeat personality. I enjoyed coming into the Arthritics Pain Knee Center just to be welcomed by Ms. Nelly, she is the best. She and I would have good wholesome conversation. I felt like part of a family.
My last person I want to commend is Ms. Elaine, the center’s interventionist. When I had a problem there she was such a good listener and solved my issues that made me very satisfied.
I recommend this business as it was recommended to me by a former co worker. You will not be disappointed. And if you do have an issue, Ms. Elaine is the best it was like listening to an angel that gave the assurance that my problem will be solved and it was solved to my satisfaction! Thank you Arthritis Knee Pain Center for taking most of the Pain from my knees! I do not suffer from pain in my knees like I did the month of. June 2022

UPDATE: Mar 2023-I'm still enjoying going to the center. They are consistent with their customer service. Quick in/out. I love it!

Dr who gave my injection was great. 2 stars is strictly for the front desk. After waiting almost an hour, I asked why so long. They said I didn’t have an appointment and was “squeezing “ me in. I informed them that was wrong. She showed me the chart and said “ see no appointment”. I pointed out her chart was for February. She said oh. I go during my lun break so mistakes like that truly hurt

Stuff was professional and friendly. Answered all my questions and outlined treatment plan. Doctors explained what they were doing and the effects. Added plus was the PT afterwards to works the knees to avoid stiffness. Good experience.

As much as I hate injections, I must say that the injections are awesome in adding quality back into my life. I can get a full night of sleep with less pain by the second gel injection. Dr. Flores is just as awesome. I trust him because he takes his time and goes through each step with me and makes sure each step is right right before he proceeds to the next step. The front desk staff is awesome. They’re very pleasant and work with you. The PT staff is great as well. I am a satisfied customer.

I was charged 1000 extra even after my insurance took care of everything except my co-pay
An the ar giving me the run around about a refund that's the only thing I dislike about the company

I completed the program and believe the injections worked. We’ll see how I do over the next month or so and hope they only get better with time.

The staff is amazing! They make you feel like family immediately! I’ve had my first gel injection and it was painless and my knee already feels better and I have 4 shots to go! Dr. Wulfil is also amazing! Love everyone!

I've only been going for 3 visits, but so far they have been very informative and explain everything in detail for they proceed and on this last visit, found out that I can also have a gel shot in my shoulder, which was a good choice to have done. I intend to proceed with my shots in both my knee and shoulder (The shoulder is not covered by insurance BTW) but is well worth the cost so far. We'll see how it goes from here.
