Lindsey Willis, all I can say is thank you! I’m so thankfully I switched pediatricians and that you are now my little ones PCP.

We formally were with another pediatrician at the facility for 2 years and it felt always like a transactional appointment and with Lindsey it completely is a different feeling.

With Lindsey Willis she takes her time listening to myself and then preceding to explaining our course of actions to come.

During our first visit and Lindsey meeting my child she knew something could be wrong with my child just by their pale skin color, the color they have been for over a year. We instantly had lab work taken and it confirmed her suspicions.

Thank you for taking your time with us, being patient with my upset kiddo and responding quickly to messages.

Dr Mattson is a great doc. She listens to her patients and takes great care in addressing their concerns. I’ve been to many physicians in my 83 years and she tops my list of care givers.

Virtual meetings are excellent and a great way of saving time by not traveling. Dr. Shaw is an excellent endocrinologist and has my best interests at top of mind.

I had a telehealth appt scheduled at 10: 30. At 10: 45, I called the office to ask if there was a glitch or something because I hadn’t received a link for the appt. They ‘cold’ transferred me and of course I had to leave a voicemail, which was incredibly annoying.
I know ascension is better than that!

I was treated with professional courtesy and knowledgeable care. I look forward to the results of my eco-cardiograph.

We love Dr. Riser. She has been my daughter’s pediatrician since I brought her home from the hospital 18 years ago.

Dr Stephanie Shaw is the best endocrinologist within 100 mile radius of Temple and Austin Texas. She is dedicated. She follows up with prior visit and remembers every conversation. I've been seeing her over a decade and a half and she genuinely cares for each patient. She considered how you are feeling and symptoms, not just lab results. She is the ONLY doctor that could get my graves disease under control and have normal labs. I recommend her and her staff to anyone needing a caring doctor who listens and takes action. Her staff are also superb.

Worst service in town. They Wait until I get there to cancel my appointment. They also won’t help me set up a portal so I can see the x-ray results that I did Before they canceled the appointment. Waste of time and money. First time ever there and will definitely be the last. Actually worse than Scott and White.

It won’t let me reply, but I did call that number and they told me I had to call the facility I went to.

I have been seeing my doctors at this location since 2014, so far I am satisfied with my care and the environment.

Dr. Perera was wonderful. She took my medical history. Spent a lot of time with me. Renewed my prescriptions and put in referrals. I really like her.

Always a great experience. We can get in quickly, even same day, if needed. We love Lindsey Willis in Pediatrics!

Very efficient and professional. Everything I was told at my appointment was done very quickly. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Trying to get my daughter’s prescription fixed, so that I can get her the medication she needs to feel better, but I keep getting transferred to someone who doesn’t answer the phone. I left a voicemail 3 hours ago and still have not gotten a call back. I called again and the same thing happened. I love the service they give you while you’re there but someone should be available to correct a prescription.
