Ascension Medical Group Providence Express Care at Lacy Lakeview

WORST FRONT DESK EVER! My teenage daughter needed to be seen. She refused to check her in because of her insurance. When I asked to pay self pay she told me we had to go somewhere else. She was so rude on the phone and in person.

This is always my first choice when I'm not feeling well because my primary doctor stay booked up. People that work the front desk check you in quickly, very nice & friendly & the nursing staff & doctors are wonderful here.

Monday was my 2nd visit to this Urgent Care Center (UCC) and I feel as though Dr. Lippe provided a decent diagnosis and appropriate medication for the problem. Was there at about 8: 45 in the AM and was seen within about 10 minutes!

Dr.fichter was very rude to the nurse and my daughter who had to be taken to the urgent care by her aunt. He was very unprofessional with the nursing staff and patients. I have my sister on my daughter's paperwork so she can take my children when I'm out of town and he threw a fit and made my sister and daughter very upset and my daughter never wants to go back because he made her uncomfortable throwing his tantrum. He should read files to ensure a child has not had trauma in the past! He wouldn't even let the nurse finish putting the vitals and notes in and told her to leave. Unacceptable to me personally.

Dr. Lippe, Dr. Pool, and the nurse Ashley were among the kindest healthcare providers I’ve interacted with. They helped my two year old feel comfortable and treated him with such empathy when he was in pain. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with kids. Very clean, also.
