Mr Balchunas is an asset to the Ascension Providence team. The reason I gave a low rating. Is due to having difficulty getting my meds when. Mr Balchunas is absent from the office. I will not deal with Nurse Jamie again. She has been extremely rude to myself. Along with my insurance company. If I understand correctly this has happened to others. On more than one occasion. She doesn’t need to work for a job. That requires compassion, empathy or care! I will not deal with her again!

Dr. Pinkstaf in Urology is amazing! He is always in a fantastic mood, explains every thing to make sure that we completely understand what’s going on, and the staff is just as incredible! Our only regret is that he is solely a Urology doctor. With that type of medical understanding and personality it would be perfect if he was a primary care provider and was able to be my father’s main doctor. But hey, can’t expect the doctor to be Superman. Even though he comes close. Thanks again for everything!

Dr. Stewart did an excellent job in explaining what was going to be done why it was needed to be done and then he completed the biopsy of my prostate. I have no adverse reactions to the procedure that was done. I would recommend Dr. Stewart as a urologist to anyone.

Dr Tyler Stewart treated my husband like he was the only patient there. He didn’t rush through the procedure, he explained everything he was doing all the way to the end. We don’t have to see him again but I would definitely recommend him if you need a urologist.
