Let's put it this way. They went above and beyond to get us approved for the loan and that's great. No problem on that end. But after living in my house for a couple of months, the work itself is sub par. There's paint drops all over the floors. Paint is messed up all over the house. Whoever did the siding on the house must have just started doing siding. I just think that if they're gonna charge 200,000 for a house they should do better work. And then getting the warranty people to come fix anything is like pulling teeth.

I recently worked alongside Ryan Reed to close a new home for my first-time home buyers! He was absolutely fantastic to work with! Ryan was very responsive, kind, and thorough throughout my client's home purchase! I am very impressed with ASGi Homes! The quality and professionalism are top-notch!

ASGi was amazing in the process of buying a new house! We worked with Jessica pretty much start to finish and she was so supportive and helpful the whole process!

For me the process was smooth. All of my concerns before closing were fixed and addressed.

We just moved in to our new house in Marie Village, and we are so happy! We were just about to give up looking when I found ASGi Homes. The process was great and everyone wants to help and support you! Billie was our sales consultant and he was very patient an helpful for my Type A self! But the whole team works as a team; Artem, James, Megan, and everyone else are so very kind and understanding!
Our house was completed pretty much on time with the timeline they gave us when we selected our plot. I was stressing about delays and normal things that happen with new construction, but, even though things were done very efficiently, everything is quality work and I am not afraid of any of our stuff breaking down.
Things I looked at reviews for that I now have my own answers for:
1) We received full sod, front and back (and advice on how to keep the grass alive in Texas lol)
2) The paint on the interior walls is not waterproof; they definitely tell you this and you also get a free can of paint in the exact color for any touch ups.
3) The inspector they use is very thorough. They give you the option to use your own and we did, but if you’re wanting to save some money, I don’t think it’s necessary
4) We received an estimated closing at the beginning of construction. I expected delays since building is not predictable - they only moved from that original date twice, and it only moved back a week!
5) Marie Village itself is great. A very family-oriented neighborhood, it’s quiet, and just enough out of the city that there’s lots of stars at night - but you can still get to both 45 and 59 in about 25 mins

I really cannot recommend this builder enough, we’ve been telling everyone to move into our neighborhood! If you do, come and see us!

I cannot say enough positive words for the ASGI homes team. They were amazing from start to finish. The Loan Depot team and the Sales Reps went above and beyond to be there for me during my entire journey and when I say journey.honey it was a JOURNEY lol I was dealing with a divorce during the process and the support I received during from this team really restored my faith in humanity. Special Thanks to my sales Rep Billie Collins, My Loan depot angels Kassidy Suchon and Marlene Hardgrave. Marlene was actually able to find out more for me about my divorce and help more than my own attorneys lol Now that is going above and beyond for a client folks! They really do care and it shows! This is my first new construction home and I can tell you that ASGI made it so very easy to do! Ryan and Steve always made themselves available when I needed assistance. I highly recommend ASGi for anyone who’s looking for a new home construction to buy. The Marie Village community is new but I can say that I’ve driven the entire subdivision and this is a quiet, cute and quaint neighborhood! I’m looking forward to meeting my neighbors!
