We buy a 1/4 beef from them every 6 months and it is some of the best beef I have ever bought in bulk. Talked a neighbor into buying a 1/4 also and they just rave about how good it is. When the husband cooked some of the T-bones he told me it was the best steak he had ever had. Kellie and John are outstanding people to work with. We have never been disappointed. Attached are some NY strips and T-bones that I reverse seared on my pellet grill.

Let me start by saying this - the owners are as amazing as the product they sell. Cowboy and Kellie are truly the best people around. I came upon Ashcraft and the Rockwall Fatmers market and it truly has been a blessing. It’s super easy to place an order with Miss Kellie and run to Rockwall on Saturday morning to get my fabulous meat. I’m not sharing what I purchase because I want it all for myself… it’s that good. My family can always tell the difference between store bought and Ashcraft beef. They are now spoiled and only want to good stuff! The Dino bones are as big as my daughters forearm and are delicious! This is my go to especially the specialty cuts for holidays! Great People=Great Beef!
