Short review: If you have migraine or need pain management, then this seems to be the place, but if you have a more specialized Neurological issue, better get an expert, save time since in some cases time its critical, more detail below.

We got an appointment with one of the PA's since Dr Imam was 2 months away, so we opt to wait 1 month, my wife was at ER 4 times before seeing Imam office, they got all the MRIs/labs/test done at hospital and the diagnosis of ADEM which the PA mention it looked more like MS, then Dr Imam took a quick look and mentioned that yeah "looks" like MS.so in the meantime my wife was put on migraine meds (yep.) a month after leaving the hospital she started with pain in the eyes which was not something she had before, we went to see the PA and even Dr. Imam was at the visit, they both said it looked like just migraine.so advice to keep taking the migraine meds, 2 days later we decided to go to ER again, and after explaining the medical background of my wife the ER Doctor quickly mention that he would need to do an MRI because he was suspecting of Optical Neuritis and guess what.it was positive, he promptly act and administer steroids and prescribed 4 more doses, we can't believe that a Neurologist cant detect/know about Optical Neuritis even with knowing the patient history, we are really disappointed about this office and their staff, we don't know if they just don't have the knowledge or simply didn't care about my wife, if we have followed their instructions and wait, my wife would be probably blind now.she has some mild permanent damage though which could be avoided if this office cared a bit.

The ER Dr.contacted the office and mention that we have to follow up with them for the IVs, we did, they put us on schedule, sadly another round of bad experiences, their IV tech.not sure if was new but cause nerve damage into my wife which after 3 months stills there.

So, if you really need a specialist in ADEM/MS/MOG please please please go somewhere else, don't risk your life, believe me I don't want to leave this review to mock on the Dr office, no. I decided to leave it to create awareness and PSA. If anyone has any of those issues, feel free to contact me, I can provide some good providers at UTS which actual experience on those rare diseases. It's been a 6-month nightmare journey for us but seems we finally found someone who knows and cares.

Looks like they are good treating migraine patients and pain management though.
