Ashford Crescent Oaks Apartments, Houston TX

I have been living in this apartment for 3 years. Love Nida Awan She is so helpful, hardworking and always takes good care of tenets. She’s amazing?

This place is awesome! I did a lot of research before choosing to live at Crescent Oaks Apartments and I absolutely love it. Great community, quality apartment, amazing service and amenities and specialty THE Masque- all at a reasonable price. Shout out to Neda - she's awesome Manager! Her and her team are always friendly and effective. I wouldn't see myself living in other place in Southwest as it is close to any number of restaurants (Afghan, Indian, Middle eastern.etc), stores and the services you can imagine for example Neda was always in contact with all residence to help them due to power outage and winters freezing snow storm which is definitely not the case at most apartments.

Crescent oaks is nice community family atmosphere staff are very nice services are good they are help me on my any issues

Worst place they only run hot water during office hours and after the office is closed there is no hot water also if you have a big problem these people just close the office instead of helping people just like today after these extremely stressful days without power and cold weather these people chose to not provide hot water for residents and close the office so that they don’t have to deal with serious problems that residents are going through.
Sure I will watch TV without any electricity thanks for your advice.

Very rude management horrible experience management is very rude they won't fix anything your vehicles will be tow without any notice giving. They towed my vehicle because they changed the towing services and they forgot the gave us the new stickers
Apartment have mouse roof have leaks contact the manager several times but they have not done anything
Don't waste your money here or you will regret

The worst apartments to live in. They stop the water without giving any notice to the residents. Where should I begin the maintenance problems these apartments have. It take 1-2 months for the maintenance to show up and fix the problem. Also there is mold in the vents which is very concerning and a huge health hazard. The management wants your money but doesn't want to fix any issues that you have.

Hi. I m living in crescent oak apartment since 7 years.the staff since now was overall good but we have an awesome staff member hired recently named Karan Singh, he really listen to us very carefully and act upon our request accordingly and very quickly.hats off to you my brother Karan Singh

A TERRIBLE to live in. Trust me, you don't want to live here. It's nasty, There's always trash everywhere, there have been robberies too. Plus, no hot water. They always make dumb excuses like "oH sOrRy wErE fiXiNG iT rIGhT nOw". It's so annoying because it happens every single day. Please, PLEASE never think about living here because you will regret it.

One of the best & safe apartment complex in the neighborhood.i lived here since 2015 & sure will miss them.
Well maintained & managed. Always trying to improve taking excellent care of every resident needs.
Wants to thank specially to Ms Nida who was been a great help whenever any issues since the beginning & completed in a timely manner.
Mr Patel & other guys does a great job.

Great location near 59 and 10 minutes to downtown and I feel safe for my family, when I go check my mail. I see a lot different cultures really I enjoy.the office very helpful and sister nada very help, many school near and market near I can walking easy, bus near also

They don't even deserve that one star. Very poor service and no professionalism at all. Never coming back here again and you shouldn't either.

Is a good place to live, they have great customer service. All the staff is always helpful in everything. They always go the extra mile.

Hello I have resquest plz solve my water leak prb my apartment number 71 and am suffering last 20 days and technicians comes to fix but he don’t know how to fix this problem last time I live Apt: 61 I had same problem they didn’t fix my prb more than 30 days after this they change my apartment 61 to 71 and this time I don’t know what happens
I have requested to management plz send some to fix my problem

Crescent Oaks is one of the best property, the new Manager Ana and her new staff are great, they are very friendly and have good customer service.

I have been working for Ashford for about 1 year. I love working for this company and I can honestly say is the best. I like working for Ashford Crescent Oaks the most, the manager is very nice along with all the staff.

I am happy with the staff. Mr. Adnan went out of his way to guide me and help me. Very polite and helpful person.

They are the best and so professional before signing the contract when you signed the contract then God bless you

Very disrespectful staff, the manager is careless, I reported a snake in my apartment couple of times the snake came out but nobody from the leasing office showed up up to now, I had take days off in order to guard my kids and finally god helped I killed the snake, I will not recommend anyone to this place full of trash, most my cars are being keyed big time all they say is call the cop, it’s a place of criminal, I have a lot to say but I will upload some photos too

Adnan was very helpful and solved all my issues and set up my online account. Company should have more people like him. Good man. Thank you
