Amazing and spacious apartments. The maintenance here is so friendly and very quick to help. The management is amazing as well. I would definitely recommend living here!

If I could give zero stars I would! The new property manager Jessie (I’m guessing that’s how you spell it since she denied to spell it for me) Took my eviction case to court after I’d already paid it off weeks ago. She literally called the Police on me in the office because I asked for her last name and corporate information. She tried to point to me on her ledger how I still owed the balance and got mad when I proved her wrong. She said I’m not giving you nothing talk to your lawyer! Like all she had to do was say I’m sorry we made a mistake, however now I’m going to have to start fighting this ridiculous case in court and pay my lawyer money I shouldn’t have to, but not worried because she was so wrong. MY ADVICE DONT EVER DO BUISNESS WITH THE NEW MANGER JESSE!

Highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism and common decency with this apartment complex! The neighbor above me water heater and pipe burst which caused my apartment to flood in 3 different areas. On-site maintenance was called out. He vacuumed water which still continued to drip overnight. The floors have dried but the stench that it leaves in my home is unbearable. I’ve notified managers in the front office and asked about renters insurance thats added to our monthly lease. I was told on numerous occasions that once maintenance come take a look then they’ll file with renters insurance and get a contractor out. I spoke with maintenance MYSELF and he said there isn’t anything he could do w/o making the situation worse. The smell of mildew has filled my apartment and me and both my children have been forced to stay inside this apartment for more than 42hrs now until someone can come fix it. I’ve had to fill my trashcan and mop bucket with cleaning supplies to help cover up the smell. A gentleman came today stating that he’d be here tomorrow to start the repairs which would take two days. I’m praying he isn’t some kind of quick fix helper because two days doesn’t seem like enough time to properly fix all the damage that has been done. Managers in the front office didn’t even offer me another apartment to sleep in temporary, a credit towards rent or reimbursement of hotel fees if I could afford to leave. Their exact words and I quote “My apartment is still livable”! Below I’ve attached photos of the damages that were done due to the neighbors broken water heater and pipe burst. THIS IS INSANE! And a safety hazard for not only me but more importantly my CHILDREN! If you want an affordable place to lay your head this is the place but be prepared to accept the cons that come with those low budget fees.

It is horrible to live here, you hear shots and you get high from so much marijuana in the environment, there are many cockroaches and the maintenance is of very poor quality, I do not recommend it at all.

These apartments look nothing like the pictures. You have to many hidden fees like they closed the laundry so they can charge you an extra $50 for a washer and dryer. I live here almost two years and they made big improvements that let's them boost the rent. They have security that doesn't do any but protect the office gates are left open or always broken people fighting in the parking lot. It use to be worse because of the yellow apartments in front of these but from time to time you still have to deal with people having parties until late at night I use to love it here but resent problems have changed my mind. The extra fees bring your rent way above a $1000 dollars because it just a easier way of hitting with these fees and eviction so Beverly careful

The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Greets you with a big smile everytime.

The two ladies in the office are sweet and helpful, they make you feel welcome to your future home.

My experience here was very wonderful. I couldn't ask for a better receptionist, the receptionist was very kind and helped me with any of my concerns, i had at the moment.
Over all couldn't ask for a better place and better receptionist.

Ok I have already two weeks that I made an order.maintenance for my curtain and they never came and with this they go 3 weeks I think they are not interested in coming to check what I asked them to come short and then they send a message saying that they have already come when they have never come this has happened to me and lately the Maintenance is very bad and I have been living here for 7 years and from those years until now many things happen. The secretary is very kind, she is always attentive but maintenance comes when they feel like it

Wonderful people in the office and maintenance. Many changes and upgrades inside and out. Apts have washer/ dryer, nice floor plans with large family room and patio space.
