Ashford Stancliff Park has been my home for many years now, they have kept up with the upgrades through out the years and the maintenance team is wonderful. I’ve always had pleasant experience while visiting leasing office as well. 5 stars!

After seeing your reply I am replying to it I live in apartment # 701 and instead of doing something you are saying me wrong … it is so upsetting………. Management is so bad …………I am living since 2019. So many issues and management is lazy and unprofessional…. A month ago I had water leakage issue in my bath tub …. Still waiting to resolve the issue…. Very very bad

Pretty decent apartment complex. I love my new apartment home. Ms Prasiva in the office goes above and beyond to help. My move would not have been easier without her. Thank you

Apartments is good but i don't think it is maintained with the responsibility garbage tanks were always seems to be full. Otherwise overall community is good.

All the Staff is really good especially Prasiva. She helped me a lot and the response was quick ️

The parking here is ridiculous. I went to the office to ask for a reserved parking and was told that there were none available and after I insisted for over a month that nobody was using the spot I wanted and them telling me that it wasn’t they had to finally clear it from the system and then wanted the money up front when they could have just added it to the next rent payment but then turned around and gave the spot to someone else (thanks amir) Seriously the worst apartments ever. It’s always a freaking run around with these people.

Sorted water supply issue. There was water outage by city of Houston yesterday.
Hopefully this kind of issue is informed in priority by the responsible party, so that we can make prior arrangements.

5 stars for the front office staff and the property. Beautiful to live. Feels like home. Thank you for added security and a lot of new changes to the property.

Good apartments to live in. They opened the gym and added new equipment and upgraded the area. The parking has been re painted and it looks so nice. The leasing office people are always working hard to make this community look nice. Great job from new manager and the office staff

Very nice apt, great maintaince team closed my work order in 3 hours. And awsome manager listen to us and deal with the problem in smooth way.

Best apartment and customer services, miss prasiva and mr masood was very helpful and went the extra mile helping us get our apartment. Thank you so much for all the help.

It's been 2 years I am staying with my family here and it's wonderful experience. The staff are very approaching and helpful. I would specifically like to thanks Mr Maqsood and Ms Prasiva, they have always been prompt to resolve the complaints and very efficiently handles all the problems with earliest resolution. 5 stars for both of them.

Gated community which is a added security
Leasing office people have been very helpful in every step
Have additional facilities like purified drinking water area this really makes life easy
