We bought a 4000+ dollar Stern and Foster Mattress. The Sales person stated that you had up to a year to change your mind if you wanted to upgrade or return. We wanted to get the more expensive mattres but the manager claimed that we were lied to. There is only a 90 day “comfort guarantee”. I hate being lied to especially if I have spent 10’s of thousands in their store. If you can afford it just go to Haverty‘s and if you can’t, go to Rooms to Go but I definitely not Ashley’s where they’ll say whatever just to get a sale.

Worst place to buy furniture. They don’t care about costumer at all. My sectional sofa came with big, dark stain and I reported the issue same day. I was assured that they will take care of it. Months went by and I am still waiting.

They are a very professional salesman what I really like about them is that they introduce their selves and let you shop around and once in a while they come to see if you need any help.

What a horrible experience. Ordered a twin bed and mattress, was told that the frame purchased required a Twin XL mattress so that's what was ordered. They are the furniture experts after all. Bed was delivered yesterday, no assembly was included so it was assembled today, one day later. The twin xl mattress is too big and does not fit the bed. Went to the store to get an exchange going and was told they can't exchange a mattress that has been delivered and accepted. No help whatsoever, won't admit they did wrong.

Ashley's customer service is the worst I've ever seen. Do not buy anything here! If there's any issue at all, forget it. They say they have a 30 day return policy but that's a lie. The fine print in the contract says NO RETURNS! It took 3 months for them to fix a defective bar stool.

I would share my experience if I truly had one. As my husband and myself entered the store we were not greeted in any way although there were about 3 reps standing near the entrance. We continued to walk around, test out different sofas, still no type of acknowledgment from anyone. No one inquired as to what we shopping for or bothered to offer assistance. After about 30 minutes we decided to leave. If the store was busy I would normally try to write it off as just that but when we see salespersons just standing and chatting with one another, not making any attempt help, clearly they had made enough money for the day.

Extremely disappointed in this store. Sales rep blatantly lied to us to convince us to order additional items for a sectional couch. She claimed that it was better to order more and return items that won’t fit. 5 minutes after we got our delivery we called the sales rep to see how we can return a corner wedge of a sectional we did not need and she just said all sales are final after delivery. When calling the manager he said he couldn’t do anything about it and can only give us a number to try. No one helps from that number and they cannot provide me a district manager to discuss this with. Now we are stuck with a brand new corner wedge and it appears the only option they recommend I do with it is to throw it away…

I'm happy with the service I got here. I was actually going to another place and Stony went above and beyond to get me whatever I wanted. I will be doing business here in the future.

Update this place is a mess. Unless you want damaged furniture and unorganized delivery department handling you. I just got my furniture September 6 and most of my pieces are scratched up and the guys left half of my furniture sitting on my living room for over a month. I ended up moving my night stands chest and bench myself. Their communication from the store to delivery department is horrible. Never again Next time I'm going to Haverty like I started to before the guy in the picture haggle me to buy from this place. I've been calling him for my invoice and he won't answer none of my calls. I regret shopping here.
Second update after finally getting all of my furniture I had to get my bed swapped out and they have me an a cheap adjustable base that has went out twice, and I can't even get any help on repairs or an replacement even though I have a 5 year warranty with this company that cost me $759.99 upon purchase of my bedroom set. BUYERS BEWARE!

Everyone was awesome and we found exactly what we wanted for an amazing price. 5 stars for sure! Alex was so helpful and the store manager couldn’t have been helping us find what we needed.

Oct 25.2023 at 4: 40 I finished work and went with my wife to the store, the place I chose best to buy some furniture for the living room because we just moved and I found out that it is the worst store we have ever been to, the old lady at the door without education intercedes with us by talking to me about things that do not interest me and asks us for our name to enter the store. After that I let her know that we only want to buy furniture but she continues pedantically making us lose our enthusiasm in being there. There was also a man standing watching how typical security gorilla and another one who would be the manager, I told my wife let's get out of here because I already feel bad and I don't want to leave my money to these idiots, because on the way out they only laughed at me and my wife like yes It was a joke. I recommend not going to that store, they treat them very badly there, they are disrespectful, ignorant, racist.

Recent review from my visit that was about two weeks ago. Customer service from Lonzo was great. He seemed to be training two male employees and they were also great. The only issue I observed was interruption from some man who I am guessing was the manager on duty. Lonzo was doing his job with completing the sale when the "manager" abruptly started talking over Lonzo and proceeded to take over when it was not necessary. I could see the frustration in Lonzo's face, but he did an excellent job at staying professional and I appreciated the display of professionalism in front of a customer.

2018 review:
I had the good luck to be helped by two different Ashley employees. Nick and Thornton were extremely knowledgeable about items in the store and were quick to find out the answers to my questions if they did not know them already. I looked at several different pieces of furniture at several different places and decided to purchase from Ashley. The only reason I did not give five stars is because the lady who was behind the desk was not as friendly as she should have been. I know when you get to her the sale has been made, but it wouldn’t hurt to be friendly anyway.

Dayna was very friendly and helpful. She got us the best deal available for the sofa set we wanted to get. The furniture selection at the showroom was extensive and we were able to find just the right furniture of a great quality.

Ordered a beautiful ivory Lindyn three piece sofa from Ashley and had a horrible experience so let me share. My sofa was delivered this morning and I noticed a black streak across the ivory sofa and said something to the two men that brought it to my house which was a service I paid $300 for might I add. I tried to send it back with them but they argued with me and would not take it telling me within 30 minutes or less someone would be calling me to professionally clean it with Ashley furniture. After three hours had passed and no call and having looked under the cushions and further into this situation I noticed the men flipped the cushions over that had more black spots and hand prints on them trying to hide it as well as the inside of the pillows the stuffing was falling out and busted and many more marks on the couch. I called the guest services and they are supposed to be having someone call me back within the week, but this service is ridiculous. A “white glove” delivery service for what? Maybe you should rename it a black glove service since that’s what you like to do is stain everyone’s furniture and hide it and lie about it so you can argue with the customer and not take it back with you. I have never seen such poor customer service in my life and surprisingly I have used Ashley for years and this is my first time seeing their true colors for myself but I have always heard the horror stories! My recommendation is GO TO NEBRASKA. Extremely disappointed.

I received great service. They matched a price I saw online which was quite a bot cheaper than what the price was in the store. That made me a very happy customer!
