Ashley House, Katy TX

Just applied to Ashley House from out of state and Daisi has been so helpful making sure I have completed all the paperwork and letting me know my options. I can’t wait to move in and enjoy my new home.

I have really enjoyed working with the Ashley House staff, especially Diasi in leasing who is always happy to help me and does so with a smile. Also, Aaron and his staff is always quick to resolve my maintenance request.

I have submitted a list of problems with amenities and features when I transferred to apartment #1014. It has been 4 months and most of the issues have not being fix.
Most of the time maintenance is short of staff or they just do a quick fix that later just becomes a worst of a problem.
A/C broke, heater broke, door knobs broke, ac leaking in restroom, light bulbs damage, fridge water dispenser not working, door broken and glued and painted instead of replacing it… my rent is $1700 + amenities!

Maintenance Is always done in a timely manner. Aaron is very fast and efficient with everything ️

Aaron is by far the best Maintenance man I’ve had with in all my years of apartment living.
Very expedient with maintenance requests and service regardless of the service required.

This place is amazing. From the very first day I walked in and inquired about a place to stay everyone was so welcoming and easy to work with. Ms Mary helped me out and was outstanding and phenomenal. The complex is very clean and quiet. I moved my things in late night after signing my paperwork and receiving my keys and it was calm and peaceful. I also received outstanding help from Daisi who was the kindest and most patient human being with a beautiful smile. Her and Mary made me feel comfortable about my decision. I didn’t feel like just a person who was giving away money to have a place to stay. I felt as if I was apart of a family. Thanks to you all at Ashley house.

Been living here for a year going on my second, great place, front desk people are great, friendly maintenance people always willing to help, and overall quiet and great place to live.

I have lived in Ashley House for 5 years and it is a good place to live, it is quiet, excellent location and friendly staff.
