I love this place they are very friendly and very quick to respond to maintenance requests

Have been residing here 10 years, the Ashley Oaks Office Management, and maintenance crew members TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY. Very professional, immediate response to any concern. I'm happy to say, "" THERES NO PLACE LIKE HOME AT THE ASHLEY APARTMENTS.

In God we trust John Smith said if you see something say something! Nobody like the truth. Put cameras inside ur apartment. Thank you Jesus for all my continuous Journey with thee thank you Jehovah God for keeping nd protecting me from all that's evil. Thank you Lord for blessing my home. Positive yea ok! Everyone will lie to ur face. The property is very nice quite area nd close to everything. Not great for disability but I Built steps thank you Jesus for a good place to Live! No dumpsters, truth hurts I have some great neighbors! God bless us all in Jesus name. They did give me a way out when I go for rolls/walks thanks for the consideration! I Need a licensed plumber to fix drips. Maintenance not licensed please 4mo now! Thank u God bless! 11-20-23 now a clear box with a blue top nd my Gold Thanksgiving wreath was on my bed is now missing I don't need proof we got a thief here! Jehovah God is proof thank you Jesus 11 years here nd thievery is here this yea for me! Yes I will get cameras!

It's a beautiful, safe and quiet place to live, it has beautiful pools, good entertainment place and useful sport center. I think they have to take care of his residents. When you get 1 year living there, the rent increases too much and you have to move because they don't offer you anything to stay.

Really Closed on Tom kipper even though I set up an appointment for Monday the 25th and it was accepted. Y’all bite!

I have lived at Ashley Oaks for years. I have always, been treated well within the office crew, management, and maintenance! I am always, surprised at how fast things are repaired if you have a maintenance issue! Most issues are fixed the same day! My experience living here is great!

I moved out a few months ago but i wanted to leave a review; with any apartment you’re going to have minor issues, but i really did love living here.maintenance was always super kind and helpful even when my cat felt the need to “supervise” lol.my ac did leak often but it was always fixed super fast.i never experienced insects or mold and besides it being a slightly older building, my unit was great.jessica & jasmine were always so nice and quick to correct any errors or issues i had.my one biggest gripe is the gate.when it worked, it was great, but more often than not it was open or our gate passes wouldn’t work.generally its a safe area with lots of families but you can never be too sure of people’s intentions.regardless i do really miss my unit and the convenience of everything and how helpful the office staff is.p. S, hire a different company to fix the gate once and for all!

To day I called about finding and apartment. I spoke with Sarahi she was awesome. She was able to give me all the information that I needed. I have found the place I want to live as I am moving to San Antonio. Sarahi was so polite and helpful. She even called me back to see if I had any more questions. She is top notch.

Sarahi toured me 1336 and I actually really like it. I will be coming back as soon as my current lease expires. Everything looked really clean and quite not like other places.

So I am writing on the behalf of my boyfriend, he’s not much of a writer or reviews, but the manager Jessica she is extremely polite, doesn’t talk over you, listen to you attentively and respond every question we ask
I’ve been to other places where they rush you and you feel like you are just a transaction, but I didn’t specially because I’m the military and as soon as I can get out of the barracks I will be back.

It was great service. Sarahi took the time to go over everything with me. During the tour she highlighted out the amenities that they offered. She called back to follow up with me to see if I had any questions or needed any help. I will be renting here as soon as my home is sold. Sarahi went about and beyond to provide me with everything that I needed. She is awesome.

I scheduled a tour with Jessica and it was great. The information that she was able to provide helped make the difference on deciding were to rent. She made me feel like I was already living here. I will be renting here very soon just because of how nice everyone is.

We decided to stay with this property another year because of how friendly the office staff is and maintenance requests get handled the same day. We really feel like the residents matter to the team, I love this community!

I moved out a year ago, and just yesterday they reported me to the credit bureaus for a $146 damages charge that I was never informed of. My wife even paid around $200 upon moving out for repairs. This dropped my credit a whopping 117 points. Do not move here! They will screw you without notice.

It’s up to you what kind of ideas you have about a great place to live. This may not be the place for you if you like prompt responses, warm and friendly office staff, maintenance requests that get handled same day, and a willingness to get you into the unit you desire. So by all means if any of that sounds horrible to you, well don’t apply here.

Rachel was great from day one. I think I switched my decision three times on the floor plan. She accommodated my ESA’s without question. She gave everything to me straight forward with no surprises along the way. And the apartment is remodeled and spacious. Really at this point I couldn’t be more content. Thanks Rachel!

I love this little apartment. Any time I have an issue, Vincent sends the awesome maintenance crew over usually same day. He genuinely cares about the residents. He's my favorite part about living here!

If you are considering living at Ashley Oaks, Don't. Run, Just Run. I was told when my sinks clog up that they don't slowly drain.and the water will sit there forever, so I must be lying about my sinks being clogged when i do dishes. The management's attitude is like what you see at government housing. Really strange, someone should remind them that they are paid to serve our needs, We don't pay rent to serve them. It's really sad situation for the owners of ashley oaks. Totally in the dark.

Rachel was absolutely helpful with everything! She made the in person tour inviting, exciting and wonderful. Rachel made the application process super easy! So excited to move in!

With the murder that happened here, I am hoping that management takes security more seriously. The gates are always open, the pedestrian gate does not lock and there are no cameras. When we first moved in, personal items were stolen and management said it happens all time.

No further crimes have happened since my last posting. Management has been very quick to resolve any issues.

We walked in because my roommate and I were looking for an apartment. Rachel Burnett helped us. She was super friendly and very enthusiastic. Customer service is amazing. Really answered all our questions. Let’s say we decided to apply for an apartment on the spot because of the great price they had on the apartment.
