I have nothing but problems trying to get this furniture fixed that was never put together right in the first place. There third party company has had nothing but excuses why they cannot come out to fix the the furniture that the Ashley furniture drivers never put together right in the first place! Severely over changed for delivery and for them to put it together. 10k on terrible customer service. Please do not go here

Called in for an over the phone mattress sale. My customer service provider was Art. I was very impressed with his attention detail and concern for my customer satisfaction. He went above and beyond. Thank you, Art.

Walked around for 20 minutes as one of two customers. Was never approached by any of the many employees. I know I could have went to them, but if they don't care, I don't care. Plenty places sell furniture.

I was greeted at the entrance of the store by the Sales Associate, "Z", and treated with the utmost kindness and respect. I was treated as if I was Royalty until I found the level of comfort I needed. He did not rushed me to make a decision. We tried almost every reclining sofa in their entire store until I found the exact one I was going to purchase.

Really nice experience in buying. Sales person Conor was low key, yet friendly and thorough. Delivery is expected in a few days. The sofa and loveseat are comfortable to sit in and are a style that fits our style and our budget.

I have just bought several things from Ashley at South Park Meadows. Unfortunately, i had a terrible customer experience. Store manager avoided me during my 3 hour shopping even though i tried to interact with him. He was very unfriendly and caused me to have a horrible shopping experience. I was first told i would have a certain discount on a specific item and then when i was checking out i was told the discount would not apply. Check out process was also unbelievably slow. Totals were miscalculated and I spent around an hour and a half just for checking out. Afterwards, there was this bureaucratic long paper process where i had to sign bunch of docs which is something i had never seen when i shopped from other furniture stores.

Leo was the best! Helpful not pushy! Bought bedroom set and temper-pedic mattress. Buying all new furnishings for new house! Will definitely buy the rest from Leo. Edit: I will NEVER buy from Ashley again! It took them 3 months to get my furniture replaced due to damage by installers. The runaround I got from customer support was the worst. I bought the rest of my house furniture elsewhere

Adam, the salesman was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He was also very well mannered!

Josh was very knowledgeable and helpful. Help me pick out exactly what I wanted have shopped with Ashley in the past and will continue to do so.

Sofa was damaged and was taken back plus the delivery guys walked through muddy new yard in to the house when the driveway was steps away

Very nice selection, excellent customer service. Only rating 4 stars due to some scheduling difficulties that we were not made aware of at the time of purchase. Otherwise, it’s been a great experience.

Josh was extremely helpful with my visit. He understood what I wanted in my new home and helped me really narrow everything down! He is an amazing salesman and very personable. 10/10 will be recommending my friends and family to go to Josh.
