Ashton Pointe, Lubbock TX

Sometimes in life we come across people who leave a lasting impression or unforgettable impact on us when we meet them and no doubt that is what Ms. Kirsten Reyna did for my Daughter and I when we went in for a scheduled appointment on Saturday to view an apartment in consideration of residing there. I’m not sure what we enjoyed more, the tour or Ms. Reyna’s charm and very funny personality or the amazingly beautiful property. We felt so at home there because of her. Definitely a place my daughter and I would love to spend the next chapter of our lives. A gorgeous and very well kept property with every amenity anyone could possibly ever wish for. Wonderful place. Wonderful people. I would recommend it to anyone and I will do so at any chance I get the opportunity to. We visited about 5 different apartment complexes that day and this by far was the very best.

I have lived at Ashton Pointe for ten years - through a second masters and doctoral program. Obviously, I love it here. I’ve looked at other places, but nothing beats the location, family-friendly (including fur family) community and peaceful environment. Plus, there is a beautiful park/courtyard area with a dog park and gazebos! And nowhere has the beautiful mature trees that AP offers. It’s just lovely, and I love living here. I met my husband and got married since moving here, and we chose to stay here and call Ashton Pointe our home. Our family of four (two fur babies) LOVES this place and wouldn’t trade it. Truly a gem!

I don’t know how you can expect to consider renting from you if you don’t have a 1 bdr apartment for me to see? I’m not interested in a 3 bdr which is what you offered to show me. I’m seriously baffled. Thank you for the pics but I need to actually see the type of apartment that I’m considering. How many customers do you suppose you’ve lost to other communities that have models to show?

These apartments are incredible, cleanliness, attention, they do not lie to you, it is very safe to rent in these apartments, my husband and I are happy. Kirsten Reyna was in charge of our rental process, she is a very kind person and has many charisma to serve people.

Aston Pointe is a very comfortable and safe place to call home. The property is gated and has very well manicured lawns throughout the year. The pools are cleaned daily and the doggie park is a treat to the pets in the community. The property manager Alyssa is very helpful and hands on with the management of the property. Bottom line she cares about the property and the residents! I have been in Commercial Real Estate for over 20 years and would rate this property one of the best ran in town!
Aston Pointe is not the newest complex in town but it has unique floor plans, is spacious, and build very solid!

So this place is a nice place and I like the environment people that live here are nice. The only thing that I hate and irritates me are the people that work there. They have such a poor customer service. When I first moved here the lady that helped me was nice but when I brought my concerns up to her her attitude towards me changed 100% for example I have to pay the “clubhouse” membership that she added to my lease after I told her I didn’t ask for it her words where “you should’ve read your lease before you signed it. ” Okay she might have a point but 1 that’s rude 2 the lease said “other charges” doesn’t even tell me what the $10 are for. She said she would check recorded calls cause she said she doesn’t recall me not asking for it. I was fine with that cause I know what I said and she never called me back now I’m being charged for a washer and dryer that I DINDT RENT OUT from them and they don’t answer my calls. I literally have to call from my work phone for them to answer because they won’t pick up if I call from the number that they have in record for me. I’m just so disappointed I’m paying $50 extra for stuff that I didn’t ask for and I don’t have and they won’t take it off my rent, but I can’t stop paying because I’ll get a late fee.

Had a four month lease on a fully furnished apartment for a family of four. Management and maintenance staff is great. Location was great. Nice green space and trail for walks and pools were nice.

We submitted an leasing application got approved and was told they would call us back to take deposit. No call back except to tell us there weren’t anymore apartments. Asked to speak with manager and manager hasn’t been in and no call back. Don’t waste your money on application fees. They are not responsive and lack customer service. They do not care.

Great place to live. It has all the amenities you'll need. It is a gated, comfy, quiet and safe community. Would definitely recommend

We have been here for 2yrs and have very good living experience. Apartment quality is very good. Staff is very friendly, and helpful. Maintenance is superb. Everything is excellent. We LOVE living here.

Ashton Pointe is the place to live in Lubbock, it is very quiet and safe, pet friendly it also is conviently located by main stores, gas station, water Distillery, resurants ect,
not to mention the friendly, hard working staff, such as Kirsten and other girls, the layout of the apartment is well thought out, well use of space and large walk-in closets and the amenities are nice, gym, pools, racket ball court.nothing but smiles here

We’ve been living at Ashton Pointe since 2017 and we love it! The management is always ready to help with anything and everything, they’re always finding ways to brighten residents’ days and they take time to really get to know their residents. The maintenance team is always quick and efficient, every request I’ve submitted has been resolved with ease. The grounds are always well maintained and the security gates actually work, unlike so many other apartment complexes and townhome communities in Lubbock. I also love the quick commute to TTU and TTUHSC. We shopped all over town to find the perfect home for our needs and the quality of apartment we have at Ashton Pointe is everything we could have wanted. We live in a second story 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a 2 car garage (which is directly under our living room) and use the second bedroom as a study. Home sweet home!

Love Ashton Pointe and the staff here! The apartments are beautiful and very affordable. Also, whenever I have a problem, maintence comes immediately and fixes whatever I was having issues with. You really can't beat the quality and the low prices!

Excellent staff, amenities, and maintenance. We have lived here two years and have no issues that have not been exceptionally handled.

I have only been here for 7 months, but the staff has been very helpful and maintenance fixes things in a timely manner and are very friendly. The environment here is great, especially moving from a different state, it feels like home. I would recommend this apartment to anyone that loves a quiet environment.

I have lived at Ashton Pointe for 2+ years and am in the process of signing another lease. It is quiet, safe, homey and very affordable. The apartments themselves are good quality that hold up to the West TX weather and have a spacious interior design. My favorite part of living here, by far, is the office and maintenance staff. They will take care of your every need as if it were their own. Highly recommend this complex for families and/or college students.

Been living here since 2015, never ever thought of moving out, quite, safe, and also quick response for any maintenance issues. A week ago I placed a work order when I came back found out that Jacob from the maintenance team not only did the job but also fixed some minor issue in my bathroom.
I would always recommend this place for anyone hunting for a new apartment rent.

Very nice apartment complex. Safe and quiet. The staffs are very attentive and helpful, many families live here as well. One of the best apartments in Lubbock!

Customer service is second to none, the best around. Very sweet front desk team. Apartments are spacious, built with quality, and feel very up to date with their deep brown wooden floors and carpet choices. Fireplaces are really neat as well.

These apartments aren’t made like modern apartments. The walls are NOT paper thin. They just feel super homey.

This apartment complex is amazing, lived here for 1 year and the staff is great! I’ve had no problems with living here and would highly recommend to anyone. Best apartments I’ve ever lived in!
