10/10! My kids and i are loving our new place. These renovated units are the cutest my home feels cozy just the way i want it. Big thanks to Patrica she has been the most helpful agent ever. She made my moving process so smooth! Come take a tour you’ll love it here and the team is AWESOME

Overall great place to live at, wonderful management definitely recommend living in this community.

I have lived here with my daughter for some time and it is good to see the changes that are happening. Happy to see they are doing some remodeling. The new office people are more professional and more helpful.

Here are a few things they don't tell you: roaches will be your uninvited roomies. Pest control spray is too cheap. Even saw a leasing agent showing an apartment with a roach on her sweater. Office people are always changing plus miss informing residents about several things. Water shut off notices with wrong days. It was easy at one time to pay your rent online but since it has new owners now you pay two fees just to pay it. You pay the fee they get charged for doing a rent invoice and a fee to use a debit card. Valet trash is 30$on top of an 8$ trash fee monthly. Plus rent, water, gas, pest, etc. The valet trash gets you a small black trash can at your door to feed the roaches. Construction currently going on from 7am to 9pm. Visitor parking is limited due to large storage containers. Which you cant park by and other residents are blocking the others with old cars. Gates always open with rocks and sticks. Laundry room is old washers and dryers. With a card you can only load during office hrs! They finally removed half of the broke ones to try to con you into buying one for your unit that doesn't even fit in the storage closet.outside of buildings should have been painted years ago. Several units are empty because they are over charging for fake hardwood floors and a black stove. I have seen two whole buildings and several units in front empty. Even look at the signs out front. Run!

I love these apartments… I been here for a year… front office people are amazing. The assistant angela is amazing she is very understanding and sweet. I would recommend these apts to anyone

The supervisor Javet Mora is an excellent worker, very professional in his decisions. He is a very attentive, very professional person.

They lie and steal your money here and the new lady they have in the office gets very smart with you and when you tell her you don't appreciate her being disrespectful she will say how and not care they don't care here they don't fix anything they are roach invested they let people do what they want commit crimes and everything they even allow evicted renters to put the apartment in someone else's name and allow the same people to move back in. I have alot to say and I need the owners to reach out to me I need to talk to them personally and report many things to them

Manager in the office, (Amanda) steals money. First she says your water bill is one rate and, you pay that amount. After you pay she claims that she forgot to add on your parking. Don't move there. Roaches are terrible. To top it off Amanda is related to the owners of the property and, that's why she's the manager. Amanda resides on the property as well. Her kids run around the property without her supervision. Amanda has it in her mind she can keep getting away with lying and stealing.

Never move here! Lazy office people! Leslie miss informs people all the time. She doesn't know anything or give out correct information. Office never open and phone never answered. They are "on property" from 1-5 everyday so they don't have to help people. I saw her walk by a resident waiting in front of the office waiting. While she was walking around on her phone. Roaches everywhere! 30$ to have valet trash which is a roach box by your door. Don't waste your time
