ASI Gymnastics - Keller

My daughter had her 4th birthday party here, it was lots of fun! She has been attending ASI for probably a year now. She struggled with anxiety and lots of fears in the beginning, but Coach Faith helped my daughter build her confidence and I feel like I am not even looking at the same shy/anxious little girl. I will forever be grateful for ASI and Coach Faith.

We had our daughter’s birthday this weekend at ASI, it was FANTASTIC! She had the best time ever, and everyone was so nice and ensured we were taken care of. Thank you thank you thank you! We will be recommending y’all to all our family and friends! Can not wait for the next party at ASI.

We had my daughters 7th birthday party at ASI and it was a blast. I got a ton of compliments from all the parents and the kids had so much fun. I love the fact that they close the entire space down for the party and you actually get the space to yourself and there’s no public access to the space. The party room is spacious and easy to set up and break down. The coaches are excellent and very attentive to the kids and parents.

We had our son’s three year old birthday party and our hostesses Emmie and Faith were fantastic. They made sure everyone in our party had a fun time. Highly recommend this place for gymnastics and birthday parties.

Stating my experience. They create their own rating. So based on my experience, this is the rating they chose to let me leave with. They say 3 and up but it should be 5 and up as free play is not allowed. Also, from a party perspective, the activities are for 5 and up. A childs feelings do not matter here. The teenager coaches are not patient with toddlers and dont have the childcare training to keep them engaged didnt try to make things right. They only quote policy and there are no real adults anywhere. They don't get a coach to play with them at their age level. They aren't allowed to play on their own. Not even on the small trampolines. Their consolation prize is a small bucket with random toys. They don't consider the different spectrums in some children who don't understand what they did wrong and can't play. Nor do they, considering the price and the goal of returning customers, try and make it work. No manager came out to help cover the front desk, so the coach manning the front desk could help with the 1 party going on. It wasn't great taking my autistic child out of the fun, in the car, and driving away. Luckily, Altitude saved the day with only charging a parent fee of $2.00. Even helped me fill out my form, considering my son was still having a meltdown from the experience at ASI. She was very patient, helped me zip my purse, and kept the line calm. She was sorry to hear about my situation and knew getting him on a trampoline was key. For a kindhearted loving kid, he shouldn't have gone through this. Nor putting the hostess in a very awkward position. Really, a guest leaving a party they were invited to? Where the host paid so they could be there. No refund, no credit for the experience, and most importantly, no apology. Thank you for the great party experience ASI. I've never had to leave a party before. By the way, USA Ninja challenge in Keller allows free play. And has enough coaches to keep an eye on all age levels. And if there is a group activity about to happen that isn't age appropriate, they give the parents a heads up with what it is and how long until free play returns. Still can't believe my 3 year old son, who was excited about going to a party, had to leave a party just because he was being a 3 year old.

We had our daughter’s 5th birthday party at ASI with coach Melanie and it was an amazing experience! The staff helped us get set up quickly and helped manage the flow of the party. Coach Melanie was so wonderful with the kids and made the party so fun and engaging for each kid. We are grateful to the staff at ASI for helping us make our daughters party so special!

Just had my sons 5th birthday party here at ASI. The kids all had a BLAST and the coaches were awesome. He also loves his ninja class on Thursday’s with coach Keegan. Thank you so much!

We enrolled my son in classes for a month. He's 3. The teachers were nice, but they didn't seem enthusiastic at all. We looked at other classes going on in the gym, and none of the teachers seemed to be having a good time. They looked tired and bored. They weren't smiling. They kept putting new teachers to train with my son's class, and the teachers spent more time talking to each other rather than the children. They were filling out paperwork during the class. A few of the activities required the teacher to do most of it with the child. Other children watched and waited. It seemed that some of the activities weren't well designed.

We switched to US Gold Gym, and it is night and day! The teachers are smiling and energetic, my son is learning and having fun. The teachers are completely focused on the children. The class is half as long, but the experience is incredible and my son is learning a lot and having fun. For our family, the new gym is a better fit.

Everything turned out wonderful! It was nice to not have to worry about doing anything for the party! They kept all the kids busy and having fun! We appreciate it so much!

The kids had an absolute blast at the party! The party helpers were the best! The kids listened, enjoyed all the games and activities that they got to do. Best birthday party experience for the kids and us as parents! Made for such an easier party experience with minimal stress and just fun!
